Great "bucket list" experience for a long time Nuggets fan to finally go to a game at Ball Arena in person! Exciting game and amazing game presentation by the Nuggets staff: Video, music, DJ, drums, scoreboard, Rocky, dancers, fan interaction is best in NBA. Denver came back late to win it 112-103. Venue is still holding up well. Seats are on the smaller size width-wise. But the location of the seats for the price was outstanding... and TickPick stands out because they don't show/add fees. The price is the price. Thats tremendous. Awesome night!
My husband looked at $2000 court side tickets to Miami Heat but did NOT press any button or request to purchase or in any way buy them. 5 mins later he got an email saying he bought them. Called and emailed TickPick immediately and they said too bad you own them just sell them. Called cc and reported the fraud and they cancelled card but he still had tickets. Now Tick pick said he can't resell them until fraud review is complete and that is unlikely to happen before game. Even if he is able to resell them he will still be out over $300 due to fees and that's assuming he can resell at same high price which is unlikely since prices will probs fall if game isn't sold out as date gets closer. So buyer beware — no customer service or protection or help and something wrong when they can take $2000 from you without any authorization or cc pin or anything.
I'm still waiting on my tickets, not sure why I haven't received them yet? Everything else is fine other then I don't have my tickets!

So I was going to a MNF game & used this app to purchase tickets & the listing showed the exact location of the seats including exact section, row & seat numbers. I was happy because they were aisle seats (1-4) but when I received the tickets they were different seat numbers! When I called support they tried to say the seat numbers weren't listed but when I showed them proof that seats the seats I purchased were still available, they tried to say that seat numbers weren't guaranteed even tho they were displayed! So make sure before you purchase ANY tickets from this app/website to screenshot your tickets before purchasing!
I bought tickets a couple days prior to the game. Got several emails about tickets being processed, etc... But NO tickets! Had to make other arrangements at the game to get in as they never showed up as promised and "guaranteed". Unreliable able and out money... hopefully can get a refund after non delivery

I purchased the tix on Wednesday or Thursday evening for a Friday-evening game. Hours and hours passed before the tic "owner" "released" the tix. Mind you, this is a very boiled-down summation. I must have gone back and forth with TP reps 15 or 20 times (inexcusable). Finally, the seller, who didn't offer anything even approaching an apology, sent me a link for the tix -- which didn't work! When I mentioned to the TP rep that the seller sent me a direct link to Ticketmaster, she seemed blown away. BTW, I contacted your CEO, Brett Goldberg, about this situation, and he seemingly got involved.
2nd time this has happened. Buy tickets way in advance. 2 days before game day no tickets. Email. 1st time they were more responsive & got the tickets. This time email friday, 1 response & then dead air. Email Sun. 1 response, dead air. Emailed Monday 8am, finally get trying to contact seller. Sent 4 more emails. Get response that working from home, can't respond to emails. Bought tickets from ticketmaster. Tickpick did refund my money. At 2pm finally got email about tickets told them to stick it
It took so long to get my ticket I wound up having to buy another ticket from stubhub to go to a Yankees game, so the ticket I paid for at this outfit went to waste. Customer service was responsive, but a joke; telling me to wait until it winds up getting to me online isn't service.
Purchased 5 tickets in Sept for 11/13/22 concert. 2 Tickets showed up 24 hours before event but had difficulty transferring to ticketmaster as required. Phone call to get help and ask about the other 3 tickets which were promised to be delivered by midnight on 11/12/22. Next morning, no tickets. We were traveling 4 hours to concert city - stopped several times to check email and send emails to ask about the 3 tickets. Got to event city- the tickets were emailed 2 hours before event and seats were not consecutive. Two hours before the concert and didn't know if we were going to get the prepaid tickets! And then had to spend considerable time on the phone with customer service to get the tickets transferred to ticketmaster account. Had spent nearly $1000 on the 3 tickets and was not sure we would get admission to the concert. Was late to the concert as a result of this fiasco and still had non-consecutive seating for the party of 3. This was a first and last experience with tickpick. I cannot in good faith give a decent review.
I went to this site after buying tickets that had a hefty service charge on another site.
These guys claim 'no fees', but what they don't tell you is that their ticket prices are much higher than other sellers, even with the fees added on. Tickets I paid $165 (with fees) for appeared to be $400+ on tickpick (comparing tickets in in the same area of arena).
Giving 2 stars only because tickets were finally able for viewing. Purchased tickets over one month prior to the event. Called company one day before due to never receiving tickets. Rep found by order number and states oh, these tickets were never transferred. Rep then stated tickets would be available 24 hours prior event, but he was calling the seller once we hang up. Rep then informed me I would have to create account through teams website to pull up tickets and suggested I take a screenshot of tickets. Few hours later checked and had received email I needed to accept transfer of tickets. Did so, but could not view, had to view on team mobile app. Created account, viewed tickets with caption stating snapshot not allowed. I will not be using this site to save the few extra dollars. Too much of a hassle and too last minute.

Tickets purchased and paid in full last week - originally told the ticket transfer would be available on the 11th - it is now after 6pm on the 12th and the tickets aren't transferred yet. TickPick representatives are friendly and nice; but they can't get me tickets. They've called the broker selling the tickets and he/she is having trouble getting them from the box office. I've asked for a refund to go purchase elsewhere. NOPE. A TickPick representative put an 8pm (23 hours before curtain goes up & 20 hours before meeting my guests for dinner and drinks prior to an evening at the theatre that I planned and invited them to) deadline for the ticket seller and I am held hostage (as is my nearly $550) until then. Meanwhile, I've watched 2 other sites sell groupings of 3 tickets that I can't go ahead and purchase while I wait 2 more hours...RIDICULOUS. I am going to end up without even single seats. Never again. TickPick is just a middle-man between you and the broker and your money is held hostage up until it's too late to do anything else even if the tickets you bought aren't available or provided.

Originally purchased tickets in beginning of June for the Cure 6/20 show at MSG. Got confirmation that the seller got my payment. Struggled to get tickets until 1 hour before the show giving me severe stress of not being able to see the band. I would have liked that the tickets be sent to me after confirmation from the seller that they received the payment. It was a very frustrating the day of the concert!

Difficult locating transfer ticket! It took a couple of your associates to email me how to find. The instructions from the original purchase email was not helpful and incorrect.

I bought last second tickets for cheap at about 6:20 for a 6:40 start game. I didn't get the tickets until nearly 6:45 and missed the first inning as a result and it was overall just a stressful experience trying to get in contact with someone and not being refunded for the inning I missed.
TickPick is fine to purchase tickets but awful for the sale of a ticket. Their process is very complicated and means you probably will not get paid for a long time. They use Hyperwallet for payment and this is a poor partner and you will see an uphill battle to get paid. I prefer Stubhub or even Ticketmaster which is a low bar to beat!

I go to several events each year. I was using Ticketmaster and occasionally StubHub. Late last year I wanted to see a Gregory Porter concert in Atlanta. After checking prices I noticed Tickpick offered great seats at reduced prices and with no fees. I was not able to use the tickets to get in. I called customer service but couldn't get a response. After sitting around looking pathetic for 45 minutes a kind ticket taker allowed my wife and I to enter just before the show started. I assumed the problem was in my inexperience with electronic tickets. I attempted to use Tickpick again at the Miami Open Tennis event in March 2024. I was not able to enter the parking lot with my tickpick ticket. I did attempt to call customer service and a Mr. Orlando promised to call me back after contacting the seller. He never called back. After over 60 minutes Another attendant saw my wife and I looking like lost puppies and let us in. The next day I was able to park but I had the same ticket problem on entering the Stadium. I must look pretty pathetic because another attendant saw me trying and failing to get help from Tickpick for over an hour and allowed us to enter anyway. I was able to watch general admission matches but I couldn't enter Hard Rock stadium. We were spared this problem on subsequent days because I was gifted some tickets that used Ticket Master and they worked flawlessly. These tickets covered two days and we were rained out on two other days. Needless to say, I will not try tick pick again.
We secured great seats super last minute for an excellent price.

There is no reason to worry, the order is confirmed and delivery delays are very common and you will receive them as soon as they are available. As a secondary marketplace, we cannot change the release date of the tickets.
