Purchased two single seat tickets for the New Orleans Eliana C's Los Angeles Lakers NBA tickets and the tickets were invalid. I flew down from Kansas City specifically for this event and not receive the service you were supposed to provide.
I was buying tickets for a concert after coming here from another page because of the fees. I was looking at different tickets and eventually decided, but got my tickets mixed up somewhere before checkout and started the payment process. Normally this would be no big deal because places have a "Review Purchase" page right before the end where I could have backed out. This page didn't exist so I accidentally bought a ticket for the wrong seat, and since this is resale I couldn't refund or cancel the purchase. I would have liked that extra safety net, even if I never make this mistake again and have to click one extra time.

Bought tickets to a concert in Las Vegas and the tickets were supposed to be delivered within 48 hours. They were not. The seller apparently didn't have the tickets yet. TickPick did not inform me until I questioned why I didn't receive tickets. They said I would receive the tickets 2 days before the show. I did not. I inquired again and they told me that the venue does not release tickets until 24 hours before the show. This seems like something they (or the seller) should have known. Low and behold we are now 12 hours to showtime and I still don't have tickets. Honestly the worst experience I have had with buying tickets. I planned an entire trip around this concert (airfare and hotel) and now am in limbo. Very disappointing

When I got to the event my tickets from my phone didn't work. I had to have the ticket office print them. Then when I arrived at my seats another group was sitting in them and had e tickets as proof. My family had to sit in far worse seats. I tried to contact you several times and got no one live to speak to. I will contact better biz bureau if you don't make things right. Was a big trip with my children that was ruined!

We do not own any tickets on our site and for this reason, do not control the delivery process of tickets either. My daughter bought tickets for the Utah Jazz game in February. She had worked hard for them and bought these for her dad at Christmas time. When the day of the game hit, yes she procrastinated, after all she is a teen, there were no tickets to be found. Even though they stated that these had already been transferred, they hadn't. My daughter only has one email account. Either someone ripped them off in the transfer process, or they have servers that are unsafe. We called customer service 3 times. The first time she spoke to the agent for an hour. The second time, I called an agent and got hung up on. The third time we spoke to an agent, they told us the tickets were already disbursed and they could do nothing for us. We asked for a refund. They stated we would only get a refund for $8. We asked for other tickets, they stated they couldn't give us any. So sad to rip money off from a teenager. Why don't you hold these tickets in an account so they could possibly be downloaded again? This makes no sense! This was a total waste of time and money. I wouldn't use them again... ever! So basically they stole my husband's Christmas present from his daughter.

This site is specifically designed to protect the sellers and to make the company as much of a profit as possible. Immediately after my purchase of tickets I went to the venue's website to try to get a "view from my seat" type of thing. Not only did I find out that my exact seats were still available for purchase from the venue, but they were $245 cheaper for 4 tickets! I called TickPick customer service when I saw that and their response was "oh well!"
So basically I just spent $245 extra to have some a-hole now go to the venue's website and buy those tickets that they sold me, that they DON'T EVEN OWN YET! I am beyond infuriated. I could've bought 6 tickets directly from the venue for the price of 4 tickets on this website! Shame on you seller, and i will NEVER use TickPick again.

So, I bought tickets to a UCLA basketball game -- downloaded, no problem. Then I bought tickets to a USC basketball game -- and that's when things went off the rails.
The tickets were mobile only. But that didn't work. So I tried 'claiming' them as printable. The seller 'transferred them to me -- but because I'd claimed them as printable and they were mobile-only, they disappeared into somewhere between the seller and me. TickPick couldn't do anything, I couldn't do anything, USC couldn't do anything -- at least not by phone.
The happy ending to the story is that when I got to the box office and showed them the email I'd printed out saying I'd claimed the tickets, they just re-printed real ones and it all worked out fine.
The "integration" between some college box offices and secondary sites like this one is definitely lacking -- but it's hard to pin blame (well, okay: mostly I blame SC).
