I decided to call and order so I could speak to an actual person to find out more information since this is my first time using Ticketstub. The guy I spoke to was VERY helpful explaining how this works and YES you do pay more but what do you expect if you are looking for really good seats or seats to a sold out show? I was assured I would receive my tickets in the mail in the next few days (the concert is 3 weeks away). Right now I'm very pleased with everything, customer service and all. In February I bought two great tickets to the Brewers vs Tigers game in Milwaukee. The tickets were good seats behind home plate and cost 300.00. Three months later they claimed the event was canceled and returned the money. The event was NOT canceled but I could not get back my good seats. It is impossible to call these guys and talk to a person. Their call answer system just keeps forcing you to listen to a series of messages they think are FAQs. You can't get to a person. I finally went through as if I had not bought my tickets and reached someone who got me into CS. They then disconnected me. We bought these tickets as a first venture back to the normal after my husband and I lost our parents to covid. I don't know why they are claiming the game was canceled. Possibly the seller changed his mind about selling them. Regardless they owe us an explanation but there is no way to get one. They also don't respond to emails.

Do not under any circumstances give these guys credit card info. I tried to sell some tickets with them and no one got back to me as advised on site. The phone number on their site gave me another number to call which was not even their company. Beware this site is a scam.
I tried selling tickets on their site for a show the next night. After I listed them and didn't see them posted, I called them and they said they can take up to 7 days to list tickets! 7 days! On a show that I was listing for the next night. At the very least, they should make the seller aware of this when they ask for the date of the event and it's within the 7 days.
I have been on the phone with these guys three times today.in regards to Preds tkts tonight. Still not resolved. I'm wondering if these guys are legit!
I had an issue with my order. I called multiple times the managers kept putting me off, they LIED to me multiple times about how they were "fixing" my order but really they were putting me off. One person said, we will cancel the processing (as it had not been processed) never happened. Another said they would call to see if we could exchange, never happened. I got the run around and I will never use this company again and I will make sure that nobody I know ever even opens their webpage. Nice work ticketstub, you are completely useless, overpriced and have terrible customer service. Keep up the good work.
I bought Toronto Raptors tickets through ticketstub.com. After the scalper-priced tickets and ticketstub's very inconvenient 'convenience' charge (surprise!) I had paid about $140 for two $35 tickets. Imagine my surprise when they were not only twice the price but they were also standing room only! You would think any respectable company would warn you about that BEFORE the purchase but ticketstub.com is NOT a respectable company. I know that now. SCAMMERS! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
This company is a total scam! Ordered tickets for Les Miserables in August for a January show. They promised to have my tickets to me by Christmas, but the date kept getting pushed back. I called over and over again only to be told everything was find and that my tickets had been reserved. Then two days before the show they emailed me the tickets. To make things even worse the tickets I received were not the ones ordered, and weren't even next to each other. When I called I was told that it wasn't so bad that we weren't sitting next to each other. I ended up buying tickets at the door. Stay away from this company. A total scam!
Horrible! I purchased tickets in Side orchestra block for $210.00 each and was given wheelchair tickets with a face value of $36.50. They weren't even seats! They were a spot on the floor next to the aisle for a wheelchair. The theatre did not even want to seat me. They said it was illegal for them to scalp handicap tickets. Then they went to find a seat to place on the floor since I did not have a wheelchair. Have filed a suit with the Attny General for New York.
Did not recieve tickets until the day of the event even though I ordered the "online" optio two months prior. When I called to ask about the tickets the evening before I contacted the "emergency line." I called at 2:00am and left a message. 20 minutes later I recieve a call back when I explained the situation to the man on the phone. "The concert is tomorrow at 7:00 pm and I will be on the road until then. I still do not have the tickets." He responded with "Are you serious? That is your emergency at 2 o-clock in the morning? Can't you just pull over at a kinkos or something?" If that's not a ticket emergency... what exactly qualifies as "an emergency?" And what good would pulling over to a kinkos do me if the tickets were YET TO BE SENT to my e-mail? Extreamly rude service. Will never use ticket stub again.
Thank you for the tickets. We we're seated at the very top of the last row in the house, long walk... The face value of the tickets were 25$ and yet I paid 60$ for each one, you do the math but don't do it right before you go to bed. I wouldn't want you to lose any sleep.
I could have easily bought the pair from a scalper for 60$ alone but instead did what I thought was the right thing... Oh and I did ask a scalper what he had and was shocked at your mark up. He laughed at me when I told him what I paid and where my seats were...
You are SCALPERS, just not honest ones. You can tell yourself that this is fair value for the service and that it was the luck of the draw where i was seated. Maybe blame the seating on the venue policies, I'm sure you'll come up with some excuse or even worse not come up with any and just laugh it off.
Once again, Thanks but in the future I'll just go to the honest guy standing outside the stadium. I'll avoid the online ticket scams like yours that give scalpers a bad name. I'm sure you won't respond and I'm sure you don't care. Thats the beauty of online scalping. Out of sight out of mind...

Hi Garry... Pretty sure you have Ticketstub.com confused with another site. Wo don't and have never allowed customers to list tickets to sell on our site. We work only with the certified brokers in our system for inventory. Also, there has never been any notice on the site the would refer to anyone being able to list tickets with us. I can appreciate that you had an unpleasant experience but I can absolutely guarantee it wasn't on Ticketstub.com. I've owned and run the site for the last 15 years and have never offered the ability to list tickets for customers.
