Just a warning about ticketsqueeze. I bought 2 tickets at about $450 a piece for pit tickets to the Metallica/Pantera/Suicidal Tendencies concert May 1st. When we got to the gate the tickets didn't work. When I called after maybe 30 minutes I got a rep, they said they were issuing a full refund. So I bought new tickets at the venue. Now, i haven't received a refund. When contacted they said I needed to send proof of the new tickets, so I sent it. Today they said they need more that that, they need the venues scan record showing the tickets didn't scan... So. This is a complete scam. When I had talked to the rep originally they said the tickets were never scanned by the concert venue (the QR wouldn't scan at the venue) so I'd get a refund, then she hung up. Please be aware of this. We ended up missing ST and Pantera after driving 5 hours because we couldn't get in and I was attempting to get the tickets to work. Total scam site.

Tried to order ticket for the ballet from the Keller auditorium. Searched and was directed to https://www.kellerauditoriumportland.com which is actually ticketsqueeze.com. This is obviously misleading. I was overcharged and received tickets with another person's name on them, originally priced at $32 and I was charged $96 per ticket plus fees. I feel like an idiot but also they were intentionally impersonating another website. Will be disputing the charges.
