After a disappointing experience with tickets for Circus Soleil from Tickets at Work, Richard helped resolve my complaint. He also told me that Tickets at Work is a legitimate site that can provide real deals.
Id give them 0 if i could. Absolutely awful to work with. They screwed me over for a car rental. Saying you will receive an email 48 hours prior. Received no email till the day before, and when you try and go in to manage the booking it will not allow you to change anything, I had to purchase a whole new car rental because of this and they just keep sending me the same generic email over and over. They are horrible to work with. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I saw a lower rate for a hotel I'd booked for December. I called ticketsatwork and they were able to rebook me at the lower rate, and they refunded my original credit card for the difference a couple days later.
Reallly impressed at how easy they made it and how knowledgeable the rep was.

I am writing this review from my experience yesterday after booking a same day hotel which ended up booking for next week. I realized it after going to check in the hotel. I called Ticketsatwork and was on hold for over 2hrs with no resolution. I went on the Ticketsatwork instagram page and left a comment. Immediately I received a call from Richard and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He managed to resolve the hotel reservation date change immediately after he called me. His dedication was outstanding and great customer service skills. Thank you Richard for all of your help. I appreciate all of your help.

I posted my negative experience with TAW and how I've been contacting them for over 3 months to get a refund and have gotten NOWHERE! After posting here and on a few more sites, Richard S reached out to me directly to resolve the complaint. Richard was very apologetic, and agreed I should not have rec'd such bad customer svc or waited so long for a refund. On the phone, Richard processed my refund and sent me a confirmation via email. Afterwards a few days later he made sure to confirm I rec'd the $$! What awesome follow thru! I wish my whole experience could have been this way. Thanks Richard, I appreciate you and your 5 star svc!

Please don't use this site, I am so regretful that I saved so little on my Disneyworld tickets vs how much time and energy I have put in over 3 months to get my close to $3k refund! Disney closed due to Covid, I had tickets for 3rd week in March 2020, asked for a refund and was told I would get one and have been chasing it ever since! What a joke! I've called 1-2 times a month since then to be on hold for close to an hour and then today they hung up on me! SO FRUSTRATING! Not worth it at all. Disney would have refunded me by now, this is such a joke.
TicketsAtWork is available to me through my employment and I have used them on multiple occasions. I've purchased tickets to performances, theme parks, tours, and for hotel stays, all at a nice discount. I've referred several co-workers to this site, and they were also very pleased. You can also call TicketsAtWork. Their customer service is very helpful without long waits.

I am pleasantly surprised with the support I got from ticketsatWork. I booked Universal Orlando promotional tickets with them in January planning to be there at the Spring break with my kids. Obviously, COVID-19 cancelled our plans. I was initially pretty sceptical on the ability to get a full refund (expecting some kind of voucher). Nevertheless I called them and requested a refund. It took maybe a month and a half (which is totally fine with me) to get my money back. Every 5/10 days I was getting updates from the company. Long waiting period was completely reasonable these days. Good job, I will use them some other time.

Our rates are contracted with the actual partner so if they do a special on their end to get guests in that sale is made at their own discretion. The guest did indeed buy tickets for December the 16th and that is why the venue did not allow her in. She bought new tickets for the 23rd before she called the customer service agent who advised her, we would need to reach out to the venue to get a refund approval and even asked for her receipt. There is no guarantee on this as the approval has to come from the actual partner. Our terms that she agreed on as well online show we would need to contact to which a guarantee is not given as this purchase is a final sale, and she got an email advising her we would need to reach out to see if a refund can be given. As stated, before we are the 3rd party, and the partner denied the refund. We have a manager looking to the matter to see if anything else can be done for her. We highly advise our guests to please make sure they are buying the correct date when making a purchase for a ticket to which they need to verify before buying.
