After a disappointing experience with tickets for Circus Soleil from Tickets at Work, Richard helped resolve my complaint. He also told me that Tickets at Work is a legitimate site that can provide real deals.
Id give them 0 if i could. Absolutely awful to work with. They screwed me over for a car rental. Saying you will receive an email 48 hours prior. Received no email till the day before, and when you try and go in to manage the booking it will not allow you to change anything, I had to purchase a whole new car rental because of this and they just keep sending me the same generic email over and over. They are horrible to work with. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I purchased a room through them so I can have surgery, they took my money for the room and gave me confirmation. Arrived to the room, ma'am I don't have any reservations for you. I showed her the reservation and she still couldn't find my room. I called TicketsatWork to see what was going on and Jay was like the hotel didn't have any vacancies. I never got an email to cancel reservations and the clerk even told them they were only 77% booked they have plenty of rooms. He goes on to tell me no where in Nashville had rooms available (which was a lie). I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and was refused he said no one was available. I asked him when would my funds be available he said 8 to 10 days, I told him that was unacceptable! After going back and forth with him, I hung up! At this point I have yet to receive a cancellation from them! No email or anything! I get a call back from Jay offering me a $50 gift card for my troubles and I declined! Still don't have a room, my money, or anything! I had to purchase the room through the hotel ( now I have money tied up through them and ticketsatwork. On top of all that I was 400 miles away from home, having surgery in a few hours, well past midnight and I wake up to were Jay has called my phone hours later trying to justify what happened! Still hasn't gotten any cancellation email and I don't have my money back!

Was unable to used ticket purchased 405$ was unable to find tickets in my email. Golden one center person search for the tickets on my phone. I bought the tickets again and tickets at work refused to refund my money. I have been fighting for months.

I am in disbelief what a struggle this has been. All the phone numbers you call are routed to another country. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. If anyone has a resolution please let me know.

I booked a supposed four-star hotel hotel through tickets at work and when I got to the hotel there was blood on the bathroom floor, shampoo bottle, one of the pillows and headboard. The hotel had no manager on duty and no maintenance service to clean my room. Tickets at work advertised it as a four-star hotel, it was barely a cheap motel. I asked for a refund and have been getting the runaround. I was even told that I had to contact the hotel on my own and get a letter from the manager that they agree to the cancellation. The hotel agreed to refund everything but tickets at work is refusing to do so.

Arrived at airport for rental car. Was refused rental car because reservation was booked with my credit card, (NOT A DEBIT CARD) and I put my husband's name on the reservation as he was our intended driver. We didn't have a credit card in his name, therefor rental company would not honor our reservation. I reviewed the fine print on reservation and it only stated " if reservation is made with a debit card, a credit card would be required.
I contacted T@W on advise of rental company, to request they take my husbands name off, and switch it to my name. They would not change the reservation because our flight was delayed and we were passed the point of changing reservation without 95.00 penalty to make a simple change into my name. After 3 day email correspondence tickets at work has been decided now, NO refund is due because they talked with rental company and was told I was a no show, and a few other BS reasons there are untrue. Tickets at work will find any way to make any issue your fault and keep your money without any consideration to things that are beyond your control. Going to beg our HR department to discontinue use of this fake employee perk.

We apologize but as a 3rd party what was advised in the terms of sale shows this agreed booking is a final purchase. When renting a car, the front desk would need a proper credit card for the driver to cover incidentals. As a 3rd party, we have escalated this issue to the rental supplier, and it was denied as the guest did not have the proper credit card for the booking. However, our team is reaching out again to see what else can be done. We sent this over to the supplier about the credit card incidentals issue requested by the front desk and there is also a concern about a flight delay as well.
I booked a room back in December for April through Tickets At Work. The hotel stated they did not have my reservation. I reached out to tickets at work. They stated they would "open a case". I received an email from them stating there's nothing they can do and to wait because sometimes I may not receive a confirmation until 24-48 hours before the reservation date….its odd that I booked the room in December, it's March, and their only response is "even though we cannot provide the hotel confirmation number, we can guarantee it's reserved." I went through so much trouble going back and forth with the hotel to figure this out since Tickets At Work didn't even bother to investigate. The hotel is almost sold out due to a festival that's going on the same weekend. If I did not do the leg work to get this resolved, I would've showed up to the hotel, and it would've been sold out if I had waited until 24 hours before the booking date as suggested by Tickets at work.
Take my advice: save the trouble and pay the fee extra dollars to book directly through the hotel to avoid any 3rd party issues.

After calling tickets they sent me to Priceline.
So I looked at the same trip on Priceline and it was 100.00 less (basically i paid tickets 100 buck to send me to Priceline and it was all wrong!
As a 3rd party this booking comes from a vacation supplier. We apologize the rate you found was cheaper later on but vacation rates can change due to demand and certain dates of travel. Please provide us your order information and we can investigate this matter.
Please do not use their services. If you are a company I recommend not partnering with them. Their service is ridiculous and the locations chosen for hotels are slum, drug infested areas. It's very dangerous to allow such false advertising. This happened to me back in September 2023. I asked for a refund because, I did not stay at the property after pulling up and saw the location and facility was nothing like they advertised. I was terrified for my life. I'm not the first person this has happened too. I saw a trend when I started researching. I wish I had researched ahead of time. I suggest using booking.com They have never set me up like this company. Be careful and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! They will lie to keep your money. It's a scam. Companies stop partnering with this company it's not worth having your reputation connected with them.
As a 3rd party we sell thousands of hotels. We recommend making you as a guest you pick the right hotel you need by looking through the reviews. Please do not I repeat do not use this company they are fraudulent and will take your money and submit fake documents to the bank so that you cannot receive your money back I have been trying to resolve and is sure with them for a month and have gotten nothing the hotel I booked stated that services were canceled and they still refuse to give me my money back I keep getting different emails from different people saying different things save your self the time and stress and book with a different company.I'm looking into legal options at this point!

I needed to cancel a Hotel reservation due to death in the family. I did EVERYTHING I could on my end. I contacted the hotel myself and obtained approval for the cancelation. All ticketsatwork had to do was send an email on my behalf and they either FAILED or REFUSED to do so. I am getting nowhere via calls and emails. Ticketsatwork will not help you. They just take your money. I feel robbed

Purchased ticket for AMC said I pay about 10.75 and I get ticket for 15.99 +0.00 tax and = 15.99 Movie was 16.99 and instead of paying one more dollar. The ticket they sold me only covered 11.09 dollars not 15.99 and then since I had to pay for tax totaled for their ticket was 12.85 and then I had to pay AMC a fee 2.69. Totaled for a 16.99 ticket was 20.54 not worth it. And I know it is not refundable. So its such a scam beware they just want your money.

This site is nothing but a third party site that charges higher rates than other travel sites. My company has a corporate account with them. I assumed being a corporate partner you would be able to get a decent deal. Not the case. They made over $200 on me for a four night stay in Charleston, SC. Do not use this site. Go to Expedia or Travelocity.

Tried booking some tickets for Vegas shows. If I go directly through vegas websites I can choose my seats. If I go through tickets at work they say they give the best seats available, but they actually give the WORST seats for each price range, so even with the discount it isn't worth it. I called their customer service and there is no way to select seats. This feels like a scam.
Edit: some tickets are actually scams. See picture of them jacking up the price to give "discounts" that are actually more expensive than going directly through the original venue.

I tried to book a flight from Fort Myers to Boston and by somehow, they mix the flights from Sarasota. I booked the wrong depart airport and want to change the booking, I tried to send 2 emails but no answers, called 10 times but the agents never let me talk more then 5 seconds, always hang up the phone after I say hi to them. Totally horrible and I guess I will lose my money for this trash company.

Booked two round trip flights to Vegas for my birthday yesterday 4/12, didn't even receive the work discount I was supposed to receive even after logging in through my work email. Woke up this morning to an email stating my bookings were cancelled due to payment not being processed, when there is a pending charge on my account that clearly is going to go through. Then to read reviews that are absolutely terrible about this site is scary when my trip is 2 weeks away.

I'm an EA employee and saw they had this partnership with TicketsatWork. I bought tickets for a festival that were priced similar to the official adult prices but about 3-6$ less. The seats were all the same, no extra options to select from, all same prices since it was general admission so I ordered 3. Unfortunately, when we got to the venue, they didn't let us in because the tickets were said to be "12 years and under" after scanning. After multiple attempts at contacting them, TicketsAtWork can't even help me. They just copy paste the same crap over and over again about how they can price their tickets higher or lower but that the prices tend to be lower. Do they even read? I just lost about 182$ CAD and had to pay a new ticket for myself for same-day price which was more expensive. Nowhere on the ticket says it's 12 years and under. This company is truly a scam. Please don't buy anything from there especially if you're Canadian and will get ripped off with the currency conversion as well.

I have been trying to get in contact with them FOR THREE WEEKS because I need to reschedule my hotel reservation. The hotel gave verbal approval but they need the email from ticketsatwork to be sent YET TICKETSATWORK REFUSES TO. THREE WEEKS. I have already contacted them several times and they refuse to send out the email to the hotel. SCAM. I have read their response to every review: "please contact us with your order number"... I HAVE. We all remember the whole Southwest debacle that cause thousand of trips to be delayed and canceled in December of 2022. I had originally purchased my tickets through TicketsatWork- so that is where Southwest sent the refund. Southwest sent the refund in January of 2023. We are now in July and TicketsatWork has refused to send my money. They keep requesting my Paypal information in order to refund me. This seems shady. I have been going in circles for 6 months with no resolve. I plan on taking legal action.

Purchased a 2 day Disney flex ticket that is intended to be used on non-consecutive days per Disney. When I went to reserve my park passes with Disney's new reservation system a Disney Cast Member informed me that my tickets were expired and that Tickets at Work should not be offering date specific 2 day passes. I contacted Tickets at work and they informed me there was a no refund policy with Disney purchases and there was nothing more they could do for me even though they sold me an essentially useless and expired ticket.

Do not buy from this company at all! All they care about is your money. I had a flight that was cancelled and was rebooked on another flight the next day. I couldn't "shift" the hotels forward by one day online, so I figured I'd rebook for the correct dates and then explain the situation on the phone and get the original bookings refunded. After all, I still planned on staying at the hotels and only wanted to change the dates by one day. They refuse to refund the money, claiming it is "non-refundable", even though my rental car was also non-refundable as well, but the rental car company was understanding of the situation and cancelled the original reservation after I explained that I had rebooked a new reservation for the correct dates. Ticketsatwork was the complete opposite and kept making excuses how they can't refund and they don't want to give me my money back. So long story short, I basically paid double for hotels. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Definitely avoid at all costs!
As a 3rd party these bookings come directly from the hotel supplier. We can definitely reach out and see if the hotel and/or the supplier would be okay with a refund, but that request is not a guarantee. We apologize the refund was denied but we can escalate this matter to see if the hotel supplier can agree to waive the penalty.
I bought movie tickets and it ended up costing more than it would be going straight to the theater. No cancellation or refund were possible even after calling them multiple times as they claimed all sales are final. What's worse is when i went to redeem the tickets, AMC was charging additional fee so it was a huge mistake going through this company. That's not a right way to treat customers and i would never buy anything through. Beware.

They list all tickets as $0 Tax/fees in a very prominent way, but when you pay, they bump the tax/fees by 8%-10% of the total price! The same tickets are for sale in the official venues' websites without charging tax/fees additionally! For example, if you buy the Go City passes, the official website gives you a better price with their always on promotions!

I mistakenly booked the wrong date for Discovery Cove and was unable to stop the transaction once I realized my mistake. I called them the next day since initially it was after hours. I was told that there was nothing they could do... then the rep tried to upsale a membership. Hoping the resort will work with me, but very disappointed with Tickets at Work.

Ordered through this site thinking everything would be cheaper because this was an employer sponsored discount site. Purchased tickets to Disneyland and stays at two different hotels without paying close attention. After receiving the confirmation email, I noticed an $84 fee charged for the Disneyland tickets and that's when I started to look closer. After comparing prices directly with Disney and the websites of the two hotel companies, I realized I was charged more for the tickets and more for each of the hotel stays. Over $105 more total. What kind of discount site charges more than the original sites? Why would anyone go through a site just to pay more? I called ticketsatwork right away, but they told me all sales are final. No cancellation, no refund of the difference in price. My fault for not paying attention but save your time and money by not ordering through this website!
