She helped solve my travel issues and took care my needs. Especially, gratifying for me after getting nowhere with another rep and reps from the airlines. Kudos to her and thank for her understanding, grace, and compassion as well!

Easy ticket purchasing but add-on fees are excessive. Seems like a lot of gouging. Been a heavy concert goer for nearly 40 years (well over 200 shows) and rising "garbage" fees these days have deterred me from many concerts over last decade. Younger-up-and-coming generations can't afford this crap! When my generation stops coming…who will show up if y'all continue to price people out of getting tickets?
The information was good. I could not find a cancellation policy. My husband has cancer and plans change. I wanted to know what our options were.

Always enjoy the Presley's when we come to Branson. They are a wonderful group that touch's hearts with certain songs. Looking forward to seeing them again.
Saw Garden of Laughs. Hilarious show at MSG. Much more affordable on TickPick than other apps. I never heard of TickPick until friend recommended me a few weeks ago. My new 'go to' for tickets to concerts and sports.
Easy to find seats. But the cost was high. I wish they made them more affordable for decent seats
