Received the tickets quickly and was fast and easy to order, but the service fees are too high! And 7.95 to email your tickets? That is really not necessary when service fees are so high.

It was a bit confusing, and very expensive. I really think charging someone $100 for tickets that are already expensive seems a little steap.

Purchase was easy to do. Waiting for my tickets to be emailed to me though. Was hoping they would be instant.

Quick and easy to use- hidden service fees, which sucked. Almost 100 bucks for 2 tickets. Overall, the process was easy. Next time we will do more research so we don't get screwed over with the extra hidden fees.

The process of selecting a ticket and paying it was fairly easy and quick to the point. The ticket fee however was pricey at $26 USD per ticket.

It's shady business to surprise your customer with your PER TICKET service fee at the end of the transaction. Plus the ridiculous $8 "Download" fee? What, to cover the cost of the expensive email?

I totally get that you need to make money off your service... but be up front about it, so I can figure the cost RIGHT OFF THE TOP.

It has nice ticket prices but when you go to purchase the tickets, there is a big chunk of fees to pay as well... And you have to get an account at a different site in order to receive the tickets rather than them just being emailed to you right away.

I prefer to be able to print my tickets directly after purchase rather than having to wait to have them mailed to me.

Service fee was over $60.00 on $180.00 worth of tickets. Over 35%.
A service fee of 10% would be sufficient.

Hard to know how this is going if I have to give a review in order to get to the page to print the ticket purchase I'm supposed to review. Ugh!

How can you review a service that has not been completed yet? I have not received tickets, just bought a couple hours ago.

It was easy to purchase but then the servicing fee was a shock at how expensive it was and it came at the very end

No problems with ordering. Just a little confused as to how to confirm when i havent received the tickets. I received the invoice so Im guessing Im ok.

This was a very easy and worry free process. I sure would recommend this website to anyone looking for tickets to any sort of event whether thatll be sports or entertainment

The fee per ticket was not noted till you went to purchase. Shocked that $86 extra per ticket was added.

Super easy to navigate the site. Didn't expect the extra $50 fee per ticket and I missed that it was in USD not CAN... but that was my error. Excited for the game nonetheless :) Thank you!

Easy to order tickets. A hassle to find out where there are and then to fill out a survey in order to get them.
