Paid for the tickets and recieved no confirmation or receipt. The website said when I purchased on the 24th June that my tickets would be texted to me on the 1st of July. When I didn't get confirmation I emailed, no response. 2nd July I phoned customer services and was told to email with the subject urgent. No response. The event was the 4th of July and I had to buy new tickets from a different provider. I emailed again to explain i never recieved the tickets, they emailed back saying it was emailed to me on the 24th of June. No emails at all, including junk mail and other folders. I feel totally robbed and there's nothing I can do about it. Avoid like the plague! Buy tickets from ticket master.

I discovered my debt card was hacked a few hours after purchase was made on my card. I contacted their help desk and was told to provide paperwork showing I closed my account. I did as instructed. Bank told me it would be more than 72 hours before I would receive documentation. Returned call to their help desk. I was told no problem. Rec'd required document yesterday & sent first thing this morning. They denied my refund! Spoke with "boss" who again refused to assist. When asked when I would receive return call was told "I will further investigate and if I have good news by 5:00 I will call back." Apparently, no good news since I did not receive a call back. Sad that they are unwilling to forgo their 72 hour policy. He more or less accused me of not telling the truth. Hard to believe in this current environment that people aren't willing to help when accounts are being hacked daily. I WILL NEVER recommend this site!
This sucks - had a promo code and could not find where to use it. Stub hub would have ben cheaper since I was not able to use the code. Should have bailed but kept looking for the input for the promo code until lo and behold I had made a purchase. Very disappointing.
Horrible experience and even worse customer service! Do not waste your time or money! Total scams! They do not want to help you and they could care less if they've sold you a fake ticket. Huge scam!

I have not yet received my tickets and it charged my card twice. I fully expect them to refund one of the charges and supply the tickets.
Slow unresponsive customer service. Unreliable access to tickets and flash seats has a awful user friendly site. I would buy from stubhub if you can. I will not buy off of this service again. I still dont have my tickets.
I wish I could print it as it's really early from the date of the show. So I hope I don't loss my tickets on my emails and get blocked to get in the show.
Hopefully this site works otherwise such a disappointment and will hate this company forever. Also have to make a review for this piece of $#*!
The service fees are ridiculous and Ticketexpert is not up front until after the non refundable purchase. I will NEVER use them again. $20 US per ticket. Ridiculous
The price of my order was jacked another $70--unacceptable. That means that the my order was an addition 30% over the original price. I will never do this again! Gouge me once, shame on you; gouge me twice, shame on me!
I can't review without tickets so when I get them I will review. I have nothing more to write. Why do you send this so early?

I was desperate to buy tickets for a particular event for my daughter. They didn't provide the seats right away, too many emails, and WAAAAAAYYYYYY more expensive. I feel like I have been ripped off, and having to write a review to get my tickets is ridiculous!

So you think you got a great price for tickets ( because the seats are not that great)- you have the buy the allotted amount because you cant change # of tickets you really want to buy, on top of that they add an additional fee for each tickets- one that I dont even need! Now I hope I can sell the extra ticket... The concert better be worth it! LOL

I purchased 3 $80 tickets.
My total was over $310!
That's over $75-85 in fees! That's an entire other ticket. It's bull$#*!. Charge smaller fees or give people options. I didn't have a choice but email delivery. So I was charged $7.50 a ticket for it! No free USPS no willcall. Nothing. No option
Cant find my tickets! I tried to use the link but they expired. I kept the email showing approval for tickets... but where are they? I cant retrieve them.
I have had to call customer service 6 times so far. I have no idea if the tickets I bought months ago will show up in time for my event. I have never experienced a worse service for buying tickets. It just shouldn't be this hard. The communication is awful. Do not use this service.
We had decided to go and didn't want to turn back just because of the fees. I won't purchase again just because of the extra fees.
