The tickets I bought were, and I'm not joking, $70 more than they were on other real ticket sites. They gave me the wrong tickets and didn't want to help me at all after that. Very unprofessional customer service and really bad service over all. I genuinely do not recommend this crappy service. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere

Tickets purchased in error. Error noticed within 12 hours and no product had been provided. Company policy is no refund; however, there should be a grace period of 24 hours at the minimum for changes and cancellation as the credit cards charges do not post that quickly.

Don't ever put you money into an event from Tickets-Center.com. They are not a business you want to be associated with. When I had an issue with a postponed event I tried to chat, send an email, and speak to a representative to understand my options and was immediately and rudely dismissed. In this day and age of uncertainty given the pandemic, I would not trust any purchases with this company. I am a very unsatisfied customer! - Mark Y

I contacted them within minutes of mistakenly placing an order and they would not help me. Their site is misleading and on the edge of fraudulent. STAY AWAY!

I bought two tickets for a local show from what I thought was the website for the venue. They were for my husband's birthday. Someone else also got him tickets for the show, which is no big deal. BUT then I found out that the tickets are actually $25 and they are still available! I paid $118.48 per ticket! When I contacted tickets-center they said they will not give me a refund and they "don't care who I contact" they will "simply send a copy of our contract to them and you will never be refunded" Then the representative suggested, (via text, that I have pictures of-) that I should increase the price of the tickets and try to resell them to someone else on line to get my money back. The face value of the tickets is much lower than what I paid and I said that was sketchy and I was not going to try and rip someone else off by charging an even more exorbitant amount to get my money back. They are total scam artists! BEWARE.

During these times this is a horrible place to buy tickets the fees are outrageous and their customer service sucks. Point blank do not use these scammers

Bought tickets for a concert 3 months in advance. I received an email that told me I would get the tickets by E-mail the DAY OF the concert. From an unspecified 3rd party that they refuse to name. I told them this was unacceptable. No refund. Day of the concert NO TICKETS arrived. I was scammed out of $400 bucks.

I searched for Cleveland Playhouse Square tickets for a Christmas present. In short my search was specifically for Cleveland Playhouse Square website. Not knowing my search was intercepted by Ticket-Center.
I purchased tickets for the Tina musical not knowing I was purchasing from Ticket-Center.
As soon as I purchased the 2 tickets, I had a bad feeling so I called Cleveland Playhouse and found out they had no record of my purchase. I then asked the cost of my tickets same day same seats were $158.20. Ticket-center charged me $459.50
That is why I say they are a scam. They gouged me $300 for the same day day same seats and me not knowing they intercepted my on line search and the purchase. This practice should be stopped and they should be prosecuted. Within an hour of the purchase they would not refund me and Citi cards would not uphold a dispute.
Next we will be cancelling all 3 of our Citi Cards for supporting this scam and I will Working with Cleveland Playhouse on their ticket practices, then the Cleveland Plain Dealer Newspaper and the Ohio Attorney General office reporting my issue

Terrible frustration. I logged into the venue that i was to perchase tickets, clicked on Ticket Master however when recieving my visa bill i see that ive been charge USD funds from ticket center. I'm a canadia citizen and the venue is just minutes from my home. Why on earth would I intentially book through ticket center. Ticket Master is just as much to blame. I;m a single hardworking mom who wanted to surprise my very ill son with an event that he wished to see since it came to towm. The world has become filled with common the thievery

My even was cancelled early March 03 2020, my official email from ticket-center.com that my event was cancelled and that it would be about 4 weeks from that date for me to receive my refund was 03/13/20. That being said, its been almost two months and I haven't seen my refund, I keep contacting them and all they say its that because of the Pandemic they have had delays and that their normal financial arrangements with box offices, venues, teams and sellers have been dramatically altered. If they are having this financial arrangements problems, why are they still selling for future events? They are fast to take the money but not to return it?, it figures. I'm never again purchasing tickets from here, and I will keep contacting them until I get my money back.

I have had nothing but the worst experience using Ticket Center. Their website was extremely deceiving, the website looked legit, and after the transaction was completed, no refunds. I was sold tickets that had not even been released to sell from the artist. I voiced my concern with Ticket Center who said they don't sell the tickets, they allow the sellers to use their website to sell tickets, and then I asked, doesn't Ticket Center make money by charging the seller a fee. They do, so my follow up question, well doesn't that make me your customer. It sure does. For Ticket Center to treat THEIR customers in such a manner is absolutely unacceptable. I had to rate them with one star but they should have been given a big fat ZERO!
