I originally ordered 5 tickets, then my daughter wanted 2 more. Then a friend heard we were going, wanted to join us . . and get 2 MORE tickets. Even though there were tickets available in the same section, same row, I couldn't find out where they were or get these new tickets next to my others. Nor could I get a refund, so that I could repurchase all the tickets I wanted together. So I will probably not use this site again.
Anybody hear about the pandemic that hit the planet? Most, if not all major companies have made adjustments to accommodate the limitations created by the pandemic. This company simply refuses. I have called multiple times trying to either exchange or refund my tickets and all they do is argue. Their customer service is horrible, they keep interrupting me and refused to escalate the situation. I'm leaving terrible reviews anywhere I can and will never use this company in the future.
remember that not everyone is savvy with electronics you need to keep it very simple. I had to get help for loading the tickets on phone. I felt sorry for the girl that was helping I was so frustrated.
Wait ticket prices I will order again can't wait to receive them on August 15. A surprise for my wife.
Have never used electronic ticket before but didn't have the option of printing a ticket so I hope it works.

I tried to get tickets in New York but the prices were terrible. Your prices were so much more reasonable and my husband and I took forward to visiting again for other shows
The service was great however my granddaughter became ill approx 45. Min into the show. I was given a number to call for her to come back and see another show. After calling a few times & being redirected all over I gave up. Myself and my daughters are in hospitality management within the Philadelphia-center city area. A 5 year old could have taken up one of the many empty seats on a future date. Since we've sent thousands of dollars in business to the walnut street theatre. Smh.
I was concerned at first because I wasn't as familiar with your company and I do not shop on-line much. But I will gladly use your company again because I received my tickets well in advance which eased my concerns........whereas with StubHub tickets do not come until only a few days before and that makes me very nervous.

I don't have a printer anymore, but a neighbor helped with the printing of paper tickets. They worked fine, just wonder if getting set up to scan peoples phones wouldn't save time, money and trees

The tickets came and entry into the event was easy (had to use my smartphone, but that was OK).
Sight worked so easily. Slightly better prices then other sites for same seat section. Was great to buy tickets to see McCartney!
I was extremely disappointed since 20 minutes after receiving my Jets Tickets, the season was "postponed" and there was no option for cancelling the tickets. The ticket price was obviously in USD and that was not stated anywhere. Now I have 4 very expensive tickets to a game I didn't attend. There have been several updates received but none allow for cancelling these tickets. What are my options for a refund?
The venue required electronic (mobile) tickets. These worked without a hitch. Being able to download them into my Ticketmaster app would make the scanning process at the gate easier, but that is minor.
i just wish i could see the seats on the row. i did not find that info. no biggy, but it could've helped me choose better.

I wasn't able to find any information about help for the handicapped. I'll try to call tomorrow to see if I can get info that way. I've got metastatic breast cancer that has spread to, among other places, my spine, which of course is what gives me the most trouble at concerts.
