I originally ordered 5 tickets, then my daughter wanted 2 more. Then a friend heard we were going, wanted to join us . . and get 2 MORE tickets. Even though there were tickets available in the same section, same row, I couldn't find out where they were or get these new tickets next to my others. Nor could I get a refund, so that I could repurchase all the tickets I wanted together. So I will probably not use this site again.
Anybody hear about the pandemic that hit the planet? Most, if not all major companies have made adjustments to accommodate the limitations created by the pandemic. This company simply refuses. I have called multiple times trying to either exchange or refund my tickets and all they do is argue. Their customer service is horrible, they keep interrupting me and refused to escalate the situation. I'm leaving terrible reviews anywhere I can and will never use this company in the future.
Problem with entering my discover card, used another card to purchase. There was nothing wrong with the discover card.
These tickets are a Christmas gift but it didn't allow for me to put them in her name. And if the show cancels or she can't make it, the refund will come back to me...not much of a gift when I still have control of her gift.
Seriously with your service charges? I know the original price of that ticket. That's the reason I go to such few shows.
it was far better than the smith's site, didn't realize the service fee and extra charges were so astronomical for ordering tickets online. Just ridiculous!
The $45 service charge seems a bit ridiculous, especially since it appears that getting them electronically is the only option.
I was going to buy tickets to the Vic show for 38.50 a ticket. I was not pleasantly surprised when I found that it was over 3x as much for this show.
the prices advertised were not in USD on the ticket site. Only when we were into pay pal did this become apparent. Also service charge and electronic transfer fees were not advertised anywhere
eh i do it a lot nothing special, i like how i did not have to keep clicking through pages that was nice
First time buying tickets of line. It was quick and easy. For sure will use it again next time I order tickets
I don't really like the flash ticket and it didn't give me a choice for seats , so not pleased at all ... Would have liked to pick isle seats but couldn't
For the map layout of the seating area I would recommend it display where a person may be exactly sitting instead of the general area.
you should explicitly state that these ticket can higher than the face value up front and the horrid service fees and digital delivery fee?? seriously?? BEFORE anyone selects.
15$ Tickets advertised for $23 and sold for $30 without any insurance or extras. That's kind of a rip off, but you created a sense of urgency by implying that tickets are selling out fast and with no other options, I was forced to buy.
Booking fees are exorbitant as usual - more than 60% of ticket face value. What a rip off. The shopping experience was okay
I am not sure about zone seating. It doesn't make me feel secure that we will have two tickets together in the section we requested. If that is guaranteed...you should change your wording.
I found the "service" fee to be excessive and a bit of a shakedown. Just price it in so people know what they're paying.
additional fees were hidden from ticket price. Would prefer additional fees stated up front. Smarmy practices
The price jumped from 60 something tho 88 when I picked the only option for ticket delivery. I read the little info thing about it but i still don't really understand why I'm being taxed so much
Dynamic increase in service charge based on price is ridiculous. 120$ tick is 35 US service charge and 7.5$ instant download fee . $135 ticket is $38. Same effort , makes absolutely no sense.
Charging 7.50 for something to be sent electronically is ridiculous. So is over $45 in service fees that are never explained....
Extra pricing for sending as an email delivery is stupid. Doesn't quite make sense if you have an automated system that sends you the email. It's like trying to milk people of their money but it's fine I guess.
Would have helped to have a diagram of the theatre with rows identified on this site. Had to look for another one before booking tickets.
why the tickets can't be e-mailed immediately is a mystery. Coverage is expensive without an unconditional 100% refund guarantee
Good tickets. Easy transaction. 100$ service fee? The actual tickets won't even be mailed. I have to use my phone to get into the show.
$126 for 3 tickets. $44 in extra fees for the tickets including $7 to email them out, which costs nothing to do and which is the only delivery option anyway. Could you at least play some music if you're gonna screw me this hard?
