Slow as hell. Will never use them again. Have you ever heard anything about Customer Focus? Get some books and read about it. Very exciting. Some say it helps build a great service. But it's certainly not about you.

My guess is that multiple factors were at work, but I was disappointed by the matinee performance of Book of Mormon in Atlanta January 16th. It felt like sound was not as great as it could have been and cast didn't seem quite as well
Gelled as what I am used to. It just felt like something was lost in execution during jokes/dance/songs. I also wonder if the type of humor just didn't generally appeal to me.

People were still coming in at 10:55 p.m. There were times you couldn't hear the opening act. He even asked twice to calm down and find their seats. After Ron White took the stsge people were talking, getting up and going in and out, phones ringing. Not sure why Murat personnel didn't make an announcement for people to change their behavior

I then had issues with my payment due to updates needed and although I was informed someone would contact me, I waited an hour and finally called them. Issue resolved but I just feel it was a huge rip off

It was a bad night i havent seen my girlfriend since cause we stopped talking and the show took really long to start, and the drinks were outrageously overpriced,
It was alright i met tons of people i knew but i just ended up haveing a really bad night..

I called with a question about seating. My brother cannot sit in direct sunlight (due to his trachea tube) and I knew that one side of the stadium and one level was better than the other. I called and was put in the queue and told that I would get a call back when my turn came. That call never came. I bought the tickets (non-refundable) only to find out that we could not use 2 of them due to them being in direct sunlight ($126 total). Hence, my brother was unable to attend.

While it almost didn't get to us, our VISA ID, it did with a trip to the FedEx office just before it closed. We got to the theatre and got our tickets from Will Call. The play was great. Our tickets were at the very back of the target area, but the view was fine. We were on the corner though and one of the seats had one place for the left foot and a stair down for the right foot - uncomfortable. All in all, acceptable, but for the price, should've avoided at least some of the problems.

The show was pretty good, but the basketball itself was not great. Additionally, while all of the good seats facing the court were not available for purchase online, they were 90% empty for the game. As a result, the majority of the crowd was awkwardly up high and far off to the sides. Made for an odd and underwhelming experience. It was the smallest audience I have ever seen in this stadium.

Bruce played for three and a half hours and never seemed tired. He didn't play some of his old stuff that most people are familiar with but put his heart and soul in every song he sang. Some people seemed to get bored with the amount of unfamiliar music but overall it was a great concert although he is one of those I would only see once and say that's enough.

Although the ordering process was quite simple, the service fees of $39.++ at the end greatly changed the price listed. I missed those costs and because I was in a hurry added $117.00 to my order of 3 tickets. I wish those additional fees were listed in larger type along with the listed price, not in the finer print towards the end.

The game was fun to watch, however, the cost of the seats were outrageous. It was only done because of my Grandsons 16th birthday. Sun was hot and seats were in the sun. The hamburgers that were purchased were full of gristle and were probably the worst we have ever eaton at a ball game.

Now Paul was awesome, but the venue leaves plenty to be desired. I was in the grandstand, the acoustics are horrendous, I was so disappointed. I was also completely unimpressed with all the pot being smoked around me and cigarettes, I was in shock that those behaviors were not stopped. I will not return for any future concerts.

The Globetrotters act was fun and our 9-year-old son enjoyed it. Some of the segments could have moved faster, but overall it was a good time. Ticket download was quick and easy. The audio at the Nutter Center was terrible, though. It was hard to hear the players talking because of the echo and the facility was a little hard to navigate with limited gate signs when we were leaving. Easy getting out of the parking lot once we made it to the car.
