I haven't gotten my tickets yet, ordered 2 of them to access the Rolling Loud in Miami with the VIP. Let's see what happens, but I really feel robbed with 200 usd or more just of taxes.

Little disappointed that when I went on line to order General Admission Lawn seating tickets with one company and they were $27.00 each, however couldn't purchase them at that time due to not having final count on our party. By that time I went online again, and the Internet took me to your site, and the cost was almost double., Has me question the integrity of your company. What happened: Concert was postponed to an unknown date in the future just the day before the event was supposed to occur.
What I wanted: a refund for the event, as the date I agreed to attend (by purchasing) was no longer an option.
Ticket Master refunded the amount back to Ticket Network, however Ticket Network did not send the refund back to me.
The only reason it's not one star, is because at first they were responsive to my emails.

I received 2 different emails with same confirmation but different seats. I had to go to box office and they told me the reservations were in someone else's name and they wouldn't give me tickets u til 5 minutes before showtime. When we were seated we were also approached by the usher for our tickets because someone else had same seats. Overall it was very stressful.

There were 11 of us going on March 5@2PM. In November when I booked via phone call, I asked for seats in back-to-back rows, so the 11 of us would be in a small family block. I was told by the representative that this would happen. When the tickets came through, we were in seats 1-6 of one row and 17-21 in the next row back. This was not even in the same section; I believe it was beyond the next wall of seats. When my tickets arrived via email, I questioned this, but I was given an apology and told there were no tickets together.

The exchange is debilitating. The fees for two tickets to a standup comedy show ended up costing ~$70 after exchange. That's a very exorbitant fee for a third party vendor, don't you think?

Anyways, if that's what it costs to run a ecommerce website that is effective and fast, so be it.

Thank you for understanding the costs that go into running a secondary ticket market. Because we're an American company, all the prices on our site are listed in USD for continuity. To list different prices for different locations of events would cause some confusion, especially between Canadian and American prices.

Mellancamp himself was great. The tickets were not the front row experience i was hoping for... limited view. Sat next to sound and lighting so they had curtains blocking the area off which limited the view to stage. Could not see the full stage, not even the drummer. Seating chart looks as though seats are great but i would never pay that price for those tickets again. Sitting 20 rows back would have been way better.

I took my sister to this event as a gift. We lost our one sister to cancer a year ago, and my sister has been struggling terrribly with the loss. My sister loves Theresa. This was her dream - to come to an event. Honestly, I was very disappointed with the event, as was my sister. Theresa spent a tremendous amount of time with the people she had connections with in the audience. It was repetiitve information - over and over. Waste of money and time.

We did Not have a good experience. We paid big bucks to sit in the front seats on section 7... But the chairs in the different rows were almost on the same level.
So the kids just could not watch as the people in the front rows were blocking our view. We ended up holding our kids high on our laps so that they could see their favorite show. The adults obviously could get to see much.

Rows behind the section 7 and 9. The second level viewing was so much better.

I will never buy front row seats again ever in the future

I was out of town and had a difficult time finding a location to download and print my tickets before the concert. Mixed messages on when the gates open. Venders were not ready nor were the worker trained. Didn't like the fact we had to turn our phones off, not just because of the not being able to take pictures but the fact we use our phones for other things, i. E., communication, calculating prices of vendor food, flashlight, time...
Concert was not all that well, not lit well and Bob played none of his popular songs.
As well as due to the Security watching for phone violators they kept stepping in front of our view that we paid good money for.
We will not be returning to your venue.

Your $400 tickets nose blood seats, above the speakers were just awful. All we heard was base noise. Barely heard guitars or voices. His set design never allowed us to see his face. Again. Above the thin screens and above the speakers where we never heard any melody only boom boom boom

It will the last time I jump at $400 a seat tickets at the ridiculous venue and his incompetent sound mixers.

My best friend and I have been looking forward to the Bruno Mars concert for months. When the lights went down right at 8 pm, we were thrilled. Unfortunately for the concert goers, Dua Lipa took the stage for 40 minutes. All those with whom we spoke had no idea there would be a pre-show or who she was. There was no talent and her appearance and some lyrics were vulgar. As for Bruno Mars, his show was phenomenal. The one problem was that his show started almost 45 minutes, at 9:28, after Ms. Lipa left the stage. By the time his show was over it was a little after 11 pm. Too late for those of us with travel times of more than an hour and morning church services the next day. The Capitol One center doesn't allow bottles of water ($5!) to have the caps on them as they are a danger in case the lids are thrown. This meant water being spilled since the cup holders don't securely hold the water bottles they sell and bottles on the floor are spilled when people come and go from their seats.

Unsure why people still use websites that charge ticket fees.not worth it
