I purchased tickets to Billy Joel in December 2022 for April 8 2023...concert has been cancelled reschedule for Mar 2024 demanded my $1800.00 back for 4 ticket.said sorry...fees were$388.00 they offered me 1/2 of that back...a lot could happen in a year I am 74 yr old they told me I could resale the tickets with no problem I ask them to buy them.they laughed If you die who stole your money the company Or Billy Joel.never again sounds like Ticket Master they need to be sued.I can 3mos or 6 mos reschedule...

I purchased tickets for two event originally scheduled for 2021 that were both posted poned to 2022. I have the email where the tickets were transferred, where the concerts were postponed but use the same tickets, and NOW the tickets are no where... I asked to have them resent. Oh we can't. OK, I am now OUT over $600 because the tickets were not put into my account? Truly stay away, run as fast as you can, go directly to Ticketmaster and save yourself the trouble and loss of funds and frustration.

Bought Formula One Grandstand 1 tickets and over a month later they sent grandstand 32. Terrible seats and offered 50% return yet I had to pay full service fee on 2200. 00 and only received a few hundred dollars in return. This is a scam! Now I have over paid for less desired seats. Entire hotel and flights were non refundable. No customer service assistance and tried for three days all day. Again - this is a scam. Beware!

Do not buy your tickets from this company! My boyfriend and I bought tickets for the 4/20 Snoop dog concert in Lincoln. They sent us an order confirmation, but to "claim your tickets' but it took you no where. Tried to contact customer service and they were no help at all and very rude. They stated that they were not able to give us a refund, we called our bank and the bank stated that they've gotten a lot of calls about this company scamming. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I purchased "VIP rows 1-8" for a concert in Spokane. We ended up in general admission behind the VIP section. I was charged $150 per ticket and ended up getting $35 tickets. They took zero responsibility and said "we are only a website that lets people sell their tickets". Unexceptable and do not fall for their scam! Buy your tickets elsewhere.

Wouldnt even give a star if I could. Purchased 2 tickets for the Harry Styles concert from TicketNetwork. When claiming the tickets, it directs you to TicketMaster where it says "ticket transfer has already been accepted by another email". TicketNetwork were not able to tell me what email it went to. I dont understand how they not able to provide that information when I paid for those tickets. When asked to escalate to someone with hire authority, I didnt get a response. I sent a follow up email but still no response. Please avoid purchashing tickets from them. They dont hold accountability for anything. Very bad business. I dont even know why Ticketmaster associate themselves with this company.

Bought aftermarket tickets and they charged outrageous fees and they never had tickets to actually sell. The simply said to head to the venue they will be ready by the time i got there and of course they were not. The are refusing to reimburse me blamming the seller and basically telling me too bad soo sad. Stopped payment of course. Do not buy tickets from ticketnetwork its a scam.

Do not purchase tickets from this company because they took $178 from me and refused to refund it after the concert was canceled! I wasn't even made aware that the concert was canceled until I arrived at the location and the parking attendees informed me that all concerts were canceled over a month ago at that location. The company is pardatory and provides false advertisement inorder to take people's money!

Paid 3k for two tickets that were labeled "PIT and VIP PACKAGE" a week before the concert they email saying they aren't pit anymore. (we paid for ticket protection just incase this happened because of how much was spent) they then say "it's too close to the event date we can't refund you" so now we paid 3k for basic lower seating and a bag that says "vip", Yay me guess i'll have fun with that. Not to mention they say when buying ticket protection that "100% money back guarantee" and also on their website they say it. It's all a joke. This is the ONLY time i've not used ticketmaster and looks like it will be the LAST time ever. Also doing research on them finding out they have a lawsuit against them and had to pay A LOT of money for "selling tickets they didn't even have" and that's not even all when you look up the reviews, please be smart and look at their reviews and research before buying with them. So it looks like i'll be going against them also now right after i watch this concert from my BASIC LOWER SEATING 3 thousand dollar tickets. Please please please warn your kids, grandkids, parents, grandparents, friends, family, neighbors, he'll warn EVERYONE you know that TicketNetwork is an absolute JOKE. And (excuse my language) they will completely $#*! you over. Take it from me, very very upset with this. Be careful!

Bought two canelo tickets, received a "15%" discount after giving my email. After you enter your credit card info and hit buy, they charge almost a $1000 in fees PER ticket. The highest out of any site. Called for help, sat on hold for 25 min and hung up. Terrible

I absolutely have to make sure that no one else's dreams are absolutely CRUSHED by TicketNetwork. I purchased tickets back in March for the Morgan Wallen concert in Wheatland California. I have truly had a rough couple of years and his music has gotten me through some pretty dark and hard times. His lyrics are heartfelt and truly amazing! Today, months later, I am getting an email that says your order was cancelled. After waiting on hold for over an hour I was told that they were unable to get the tickets. When questioned why did they offer tickets they don't have I was told IDK. This company is lying to the customer, waiting until the price has double to tell you OPPS sorry we can't get the tickets for you. This is absolutely ridicules. I have been waiting for this concert as the bright spot in the last couple of months. Not only am I out tickets I am also out the money I paid for the hotel as well as my friend that was watching my baby girl has this date saved on her calendar and may have lost out on other opportunities to take other appointments. Please be wary of this happening to you. My heart is broken!

I bought tickets for the Bill Burr 7:30 show, the tickets that showed up were for the 10:30 show. After 8 days of un-resolved emails, calls that were disconnected, on hold for 30 min... they offered worse tickets than what I paid for. You can't get a manager on the phone, they just put you on hold and tell you they'll get back to you. Here it is the day of the concert AND i still have no TICKETS! Paid $390 service fee for WHAT!

I purchased tickets to the 2020 NCAA Wrestling Championships for all sessions and received a receipt for 1 of 6 sessions. No onw would pay $2900 for 1 session? I tried fighting it but didn't win with my credit card company. Screenshot the tickets you are purchasing! Covid 19 caused the event to get cancelled! Company told me 3x credit card is inactive. I fought for 4 months to get my money back & had to provide new card number. This company should be put out business. Absolutely crooked! Stay away at all costs!

Bought tickets to see TOOL in Oct. The show is in 10 days and I still do not have my tickets. I am thinking I got scammed. This was a Christmas gift to my husband and it seems like the tickets are not going to arrive. When I contact ticket network I get the same standard email with no resolution. Never again.

We purchased tickets guaranteed to be unobstructed. Paid $190 for $125 tickets for Something Rotten at the Academy of Music in Philadelphia. When we sat down, view of stage was completely obstructed. Called immediately but customer service could not do anything. Sent an email the next day - no response from *******@ticketnetwork.com.
If it were possible to rate lower, I would.

Thought I was ordering through Ticketmaster as I always had before--used user name & password I had for Ticketmaster. When got confirmation was from somebody Snow. I'm not positive what seats I selected myself, but feel quite sure it was not what we ended up with. I was charged way over the price printed on the tickets + 40 some dollars each service charge + delivery fee even though my only choice was to print my own tickets. $400 some dollars for bad seats! I emailed him back & got no response.

Awful experience that is ongoing. Paid for 2 sets of 2 seats each tickets to classical music concert at Tanglewood MA in late June for August 8 performance. The information post-sale said they would be delivered electronically by August 6. In July a serious health issue made it impossible to go. Asked for refund; was told ticket sales are final and they recommended we try and sell them though ticket resellers. We put them up for resale and agreed to send them when we were to receive them (August 6). August 6 came and went and no tickets but the ticker resellers say we we are iable for the cost of replacement plus a penalty. On August 8, just 2.5 hrs before the performance we were sent just one pair of tickets... too late to satisfy the resellers and not in time to go ourselves since we are miles away. An email to Ticket Network requesting a refund has gone unanswered. On top of dealing with the stress of the medical issue now we are now burdened by the loss of our original ticket money and an as-yet undermined liability for the resale we are being penalized for. Ticket Network appears not to be a legitimate company as much as a criminal enterprise.

I have reviewed your order and would see that you did contact us asking to exchange or cancel the event tickets the day before the event was to take place. Sadly, being that we are only the exchange in which the tickets are being listed on, and we do not own any inventory, we are unable to make exchanges or cancellation of orders. Each order would be placed with a final sale policy, which would be standard for event tickets. This policy would be from the point of purchase, with the end user, the supplier and the website all agreeing to this term.

Our 100% guarantee on your order would be that the tickets are the tickets you had requested or better, that the tickets are valid for entry, and that the tickets will arrive in time for your event. The “or better” would be based on inventory available at the time of processing by the supplier of the tickets. If the requested tickets are no longer available, the supplier could fulfill the order with equal or better seating to prevent you from needing to reorder tickets. However, since the tickets requested were available, they proceeded as you had requested. Your order was placed in November of 2018, delivered with the tickets requested in December of 2018, and will be valid for the show date in question. Unfortunately, your request of exchanging or upgrading tickets would not be part of the guarantee. A request of that nature would be very difficult to honor as we don't own the tickets, and the suppliers of the tickets may not have the availability to provide a different set of tickets to you.

With General Admission tickets, they would be for a Standing Room Only area unless it states differently. The venue would, at times, document the tickets with a section row and seat number to count the number of tickets that were being sold for this area. This will help prevent overselling of an area and causing health concerns.

Nonetheless, while we do try our best to resolve all concerns to 100% satisfaction, at times our abilities are limited based on factors we would not control. We would work with our client to the best resolution within our powers. The best option for your situation would have been to try and relist the tickets if they were an item you could not use. But with being so close to the event, our partner service would not been able to assist with that. If we were informed of your concerns prior to the date we were, we may have been able to provide you with a positive resolution to your concerns.

When I purchased the tickets online I thought they were quite expensive, however when I saw the $85 per ticket service fee charge it upset me. Little did I know when I actually received the eTicket and printed it the face value of the ticket was $220 less than what I actually paid per ticket before the surcharge.
The show itself was great, however I'll never use TicketNetwork again!
