I bought show tickets from two websites for my 20th anniversary trip to Las Vegas. My husband had to have emergency surgery the day before we were suppose to leave. I told Ticket Counter what happened and they gladly refunded my money immediately. Vegas.Com said they would not give a refund or allow me to change the tickets to a later date. I wasn't trying to miss the show due to a hang nail - it was, major emergency surgery. I'm glad at least Ticket Counter was kind enough to care. When I reschedule my trip later this month I assure you ALL my ticket purchases will come from Ticketcounter.com
