  • Service fees are exorbitant since I don't have the option to purchase face value at a box office Not Happy!
  • My only minus is the service charge which I feel is quite steep.

  • I found these tickets on the site and made alternate travel arrangements to be able to make the show.

Trying very hard to purchase concert ticket for Jay Chou on 1/6 and 3/6 but the website just kept corrupted again and again when finally is our turn to select tickets... Showing insufficient tickets even select only 1 ticket... Why? In that case the website should closed for selling right? Let's have a efficient way to sell tickets next time... I rather prefer the old school way of get physically queueing than this nonsense, spending hours to see your website loading and loading for nothing...
