I live in Canada and was planning a trip to see the Toronto blue play in Toronto. I was looking for tickets and thought I was on the blue jays site as it said Toronto Blue Jays ticket office. After purchasing 2 tickets my credit card was charged in USA funds. I contacted credit card company and ticket centre, no one would help me. Why would I purchase tickets in USA funds when I live in Canada. What kind of company is this? Beware, stay away from this company

Purchased blue jay tickets September 12/2023. Have not used the event tickets. Want a refund
Made a mistake and bought tickets to Calgary Stampede Tickets were not only 3 x more than if I had been on official stampede website but they were in US funds as well. Policy stated full refund if event cancelled Well the Stampede was cancelled and now they have changed their policy and want to give a credit NOT Acceptable, Several complaints similar to mine so several people in same boat. They are keeping our money forcing us to deal with them again. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone They are crooks!
My wife surprised me on my birthday she bought me 2 Barrett Jackson tickets she didn't realize it was for Thursday but I needed them for Friday.On Thursday afternoon I saw it was for then and not Friday I called to exchange them and couldn't I didn't even use them and all they said was that they were sorry and kept on saying that so they got my wife for a 148.00 dollars I even asked for a supervisor and told me I couldn't talk to one what a rip off
