The guy who runs this company operates from Spain. He sells tickets he doesn't have. Right up until the morning of our Metallica concert we were getting emails to say we would get our tickets. We had paid £279 for 2 tickets in March! Dozens of people conned. On their fb page they don't allow comments since Friday due to the numerous complaints. Total scam. Do not use! My trustpilot review was also reported.
Dont have the choice to put one star but Id rather give -200 to them! They are scammer! Paid over £230 for two tickets to see Ed Sheeran in Cardiff they kept emailing me the tickets will be there up to 1 day before the show and still nothing arrive! This website needs to get closed and investigate and they better get me my money back! Its so unfair and terrible to be like this! How can you just steal people hard earned money?!?! And also break their dreams like this?! So Stupid. Avoid this website!

Purchased tickets for my wife to see Strictly at Birmingham not received and 3 months after the event and numerous emails still no refund.
Avoid this company like the plague.
No tickets arrived for a rugby match I wanted to see despite reassurance up to the last day. Promised full refund in February-still waiting!
I bought two tickets from these for a boxing match! And guess what? No tickets, thankfully I quickly realised that they were a scam company and complained to the bank, filed a fraud claim and got my money reimbursed for the bank, moral of the story! Always always check reviews, I learnt the hard way like many others!

1. Bought a ticket (£73.58).
2. Requested an update on its dispatch.
3. Reply saying it would be dispatched around 72 hours prior to the concert (dispatch that never happened)
4. The day before the event I emailed them again and got a reply saying they were looking into it.
5. Day of the concert: No ticket, no concert, no refund
6. Emailed them once again and got a reply saying it had been escalated to a supervisor.
7. Asked for an update on this.
8. As of now (more than 3 weeks after the no-concert):
No ticket, no concert, no refund and no communication.
Should anyone be (or have been) in the same situation, could you please advise on how to report this to have them put in a blacklist and prevent them from further delinquency?
TICKET SELECTION.
Before my brother passed away he bought me tickets as a gift to go and see ed sheeran and they fully knew this the whole time. Well the 23rd of june i went to the princapality stadium where i found out my tickets were fake and not able to be used(heartbroken) i then had to purchase new tickets at the WRU shop that day as somebody felt sorry for me. I dont own that sort of money as im a single mother. They wont answer me now or nothing. Please dont buy of this site. If my experience can teach others then please leave this site.
Can't believe this company is still selling tickets. I booked Arctic Monkeys tickets earlier this year, myself (and many others) never received and were left out of pocket. Don't use - they are scammers hiding in Spain
DO NOT BUY! They will continue to tell you you will get your tickets but they will not arrive! They ignore all emails regarding refunds. I am still fighting to get my money back after 4 months.

This company is nothing but a scam, basically thieves and cowards.
Suppose to be getting tickets for elbow for my wife's birthday but they never showed up and I don't believe for a second that there was any intention of sending them.
I was emailing every day for the last couple of weeks and all I got at first was the standard email outlining the different ways the tickets may be delivered but this is just BS there are no tickets.
Then no email replies at all. As you can see from all the reviews this bunch of thieves have no intention of supplying you with tickets they just want to steel your money.
Go through the reviews see if you can find anyone who got their money back and don't believe their weak responses - whats your zendesk no again it's just BS.
I'm so angry with these people I lost not only the ticket cost but very expensive train tickets as well, I was lucky I'd read some reviews and didn't book a hotel.
Please don't use this company you won't get tickets and I doubt you'll get your money back.

Bought tickets for Groves/Eubanks at MEN... bought in November 2017... so they had plenty of time to procure... was told Tuesday before the fight that they had no tickets to sell... blamed another for not uploading them... but probably sold them for more money than I paid... so sent this via return email...
"Read about your site AFTER I had purchased the tickets and was warned that this happened quite regularly... but as had already paid for tickets, I thought I would give you a chance... but as expected you have let me, and probably others, down.

After purchasing tickets a year ago November 2016 for my grandaughters 11th birthday for tomorrow 25/11/17 to see Little Mix I have just found out there are no tickets. I now have a distraught grandaughter and an upset mum, aunty and nan. I am absolutley disgusted as i e-mailed them regularly for an update and they assured me I will recieve the tickets and told them they were for my grandaughters birthday, disgusting scammers and yes in spain and no contact number, now i presume i will have a fight to get my money back
I posted this review on TRUSTPILOT but is was taken down without any explanation and without good reason as far as I can tell. The facts are true as described. I have now noticed that many recent negative reviews about Ticket-Selection on TRUSTPILOT have been removed, and I don't understand why. This is a shame, as the overwhelming number of awful experiences associated with Ticket-Selection must be made known to protect other possible customers. Overall three quarters of the 402 customer reviews have awarded Ticket-Selection only 1 star (the lowest they are able to give, as zero stars is not an option on TRUSTPILOT). Many reviews show that customers have either received (i) downgraded seats on the day of the event by ticket touts (as Ticket-Selection in the T&Cs reserve the right to provide you with tickets on the day of the event and at the actual venue) or (ii) no tickets at all, despite cash being taken. My review for the Summer Time Ball is as follows: " I have awarded Ticket-Selection a very generous 1 star as there was no option to give less. We are now leaving Wembley Stadium, my daughter is in tears, as our Summer Time Ball tickets (which we were told, last minute, to collect at the venue) have not materialised. Rather than use this company, I would suggest that you take your cash and burn it in the back garden. At least this way you get the pleasure of cooking some marshmallows on it." I would advise that you do not use this company to purchase any event tickets in the UK based on our experience (and of the other 75% of customers).
Tickets bought in April 2017 for Queen O2 December 12th. Obviously no tickets just failed promises from Ticket Selection Scammer Inc.
Crap, $#*!e, rubbish, scammers, thieves, liers, they take children's money, they won't return your children's money, you have to explain to your children that someone has stolen their pocket money. I have to leave 1 star rating, should have option to leave it blank.
Ordered tickets 10 months in advance to be told the day before the event that they couldn't secure the tickets. Then said it would take 28 days for a refund to be told on day 27 that they couldn't process a refund as I had booked more than 3 months ago. Had to do a chargeback on my Credit Card (thankfully had used this method) and have only just got my refund back 10 days before the year was up. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE AS THEY ARE SCAMMERS. ALSO CHARGED ME MORE THAN THE INVOICE AS THEY ARE NOT BASED IN ENGLAND ( euro exchange rate that they didn't disclose)You have been warned

Update. I booked for steps on 2/12/2017 in Manchester the cost was £247 for two tickets.
I received a update the same day that they were not sending the tickets. I emailed and asked why they hadn't refunded me. They said it was 20 working days. Its now been 6 weeks. They will say on here to contact there zen desk with proves that its just a generated reply
