Gave tracking number that did not move for weeks. It had not left the factory. I wrote asking to cancel and they ignored my message. Jacket came 6 weeks later and was not worth the money.

Poor quality, thin and single stitched. Says it comes from Canada, but return is to China and out of your pocket to return. Misleading from the beginning. It's a new website so not much info was available. Now you know. Stay away

Ordered a Christmas present, with express delivery. Came to late, poor quality and the wrong size. Emailed them several times about my package, poor responses and didnt get the tracking number before 2 days before it arrived. Thought this was a scam.
Dont order from here.

Took months to get my package. Wrong products and the worst quality. The fact that they send bad stuff prevents them from being a real scamming organization, but in real life it's nothing but a scam. Dont buy here!

I hope others will find these reviews and avoid the hassle of thread cypher. Their products are such poor quality and they're baggy and ill-fitting. I am of similar build to the models in the ads and everything I ordered just looks silly on me.

The white hoodie I ordered is actually gray. I've uploaded a picture of the actual hoodie next to a pic of me wearing an old white shirt to help show what white looks like under my lighting vs the color of the hoodie.

The Jacket I ordered has weird patches all over it that say "Fashion." it's so cheesy and poorly made. It can't be worn in public.

Don't count on returning these horrible clothes because you'll pay more in return shipping than the items are worth.

Dec 3, only received it yesterday, Jan 10. Order XL and it barely fits. Himis very slim (140lb). The quality seems good l, so far. Would not order from this company again because of the horribly sizing, took to long to arrive and came from China. The site makes you think it is coming from the USA

Beware. Don't buy from this company. Sizing is different from US. Bought a jacket on sale for 79.99 and it cost 65.00 to sent it back to China. You pay for shipping. Not even sure if I would get a replacement.

I wish I had seen the previous review before I ordered from Threadcypher. I ordered a jacket for a Christmas present on Dec. 12. It arrived from China in January. They also shipped the wrong size! Now they want me to pay for shipping it back to them so that I can get a refund. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

I just received my jacket. I'm really disappointed by the low quality of the material. It doesn't worth the money I spent. It took more than a month to get the product.

I ordered a hoodie a couple of weeks ago expecting it to be delivered by now. The tracking info is saying that it is coming from China with no mention of possible delivery dates. They should have told me it was out of stock. I am really frustrated and will never order from them again.

OMG! Stay away! They do not refund items, they simply do not return your email until 30 days has gone by and then they tell you that the 30 days is up. BUYER BEWARE!

The hoodie that I ordered is very poorly made. It looks like it was handmade by a first time seamstress. No tags on the inside of the garment. Very disappointed. This website is a JOKE!
