Too many similar items

I receive at least 2 black tees in every box. My profile says neutral and bold colors. I also receive a lot of tops. Not many bottoms. So far not a lot of variety. It would be nice to be able to order more of an item you like, i. E. good fitting bottoms.

Still working on it

I have had 3 boxes sent to me so far. The first box I sent back because it was all clothing for cold weather like a puffer jacket, sweats, and other heavy clothing when I specifically said I live in Texas and it's hot. The replacement box I was sent had all extra large clothing (like it was someone else box) when I wear mediums. On my second monthly box it got a little bit better but I don't feel my style is being considered. I have suggested multiple times to hop on a zoom call or phone call with a stylist to go over my style and what I already have in my closet but no one has taken me up on that. I am really trying to give thread beats my business but I'm about ready to cancel if my next box is not on point. Just being honest.

Great Taste

I loved everything they sent in my fist batch. The right colors, sizes, and style. Okay just the boxers were size medium and it's too big, but everything else was perfect! It's like having your personal stylist
