I think shipping should be free. Most shipping for orders of $50 is free. I think that $8.50 is way too expensive.

I signed up for e-mails to this website because it said I would get a discount code. I did not. I called and no one answered. So, I called again and left a message. Never got a return call. Very frustrating.

I wasn't able to login into PayPal with my email and password but I believe it was a problem with their website that day. I used my credit card and ThinkHer processed my order quickly. It didn't take long to receive the product in the mail.
You need to have better sales. And deals for free shipping if youre a new customer. People will sign up if you give them a coupon.
The shopping was great. Some of the celebrity links for pics of what they liked didn't come up. I was excited for the 20% off but was bummed to have to pay $25 for shipping to a military FPO address. I felt like there could have been more options that are cheaper than FedEx.
I tried to buy this product elsewhere because almost all other websites have deals this weekend, but this product was too difficult to find. Also, for holiday items, most other websites have free returns. For that reason, I would not recommend your site as a first choice. Sorry about that.
