I have returned to this site repeatedly for years. The items are clever. They are SO much fun. But the quality is incredible. I have bought clothing, gadgets and home items. Never disappointed and when an item doesn't work (a shirt didn't fit), they will work with you until you're happy. They points system is fantastic and boosted my holiday shopping. Shipping is reasonable in both cost and speed. Always look at their sales! You won't be disappointed! There are things that will just make you smile and so will the banter from the way they phrase descriptions! This site is very worth your time and money. Having had gone through a purchase that went swimmingly well (except for a cracked sword which is being replaced free of charge), I can honestly say i would recommend and send again. Love ThinkGeek! They had great customer service, and great prices. 10/10 would use.

Over 6 years I order stuff at thinkgeek. They have really good stuff there. Every time I need to prepare a present I go there.

I've been a customer of ThinkGeek for a LONG time, and regularly go back to them for Christmas gifts for those hard-to-buy-for (usually male) people. Where else could I buy a cake tin in the shape of a dragon sleeping on a clutch of eggs? Or a Christmas tree decoration shaped like a Dalek? Their Tshirts are great quality, the gadgets are also quite nifty & of a reasonable quality (guided by price e.g. if they sell 2 items: one at $20 and the other at $5, logically the $20 item will be of better quality).
The only warning is that as they are in USA, and I'm in Australia, I have to plan my shop weeks in advance to ensure that product availability and postal services result in on-time delivery. I also stock up my order and get it all in one go to save on postage.

I called with a question and had to get a supervisor to help but he was so helpful. While doing so we figured out i ordered the wrong thing for my husband for Christmas a few days earlier. Unfortunately they were out of the other option so he offered to just replace it with something else FOR FREE with absolutely no cost to me. We found something that only cost a few dollars more and he shipped it right away. He also said to keep what i ordered. HIGHLY recommended. Some of the staff didn't know how to answer my question but if that happens to you get a supervisor it will be taken care of and everyone was very friendly.
And also, sometimes i have called and they have actually answered my questions. This was a first that they couldn't.
I have purchased many times from them before as well and have always been pleased with everything i have received. :)

Iove ThinkGeek, awesome place to find unique products. I have so many geeks in my life, this site is the only place I can find special gifts and the t-shirts are fantastic.

ThinkGeek.com is most definitely a frequent stop on the web shopping trips. They have a very good selection and ship quickly. There prices are good and the customer service is helpful. I have bought several things with my most recent purchase being a pick punch. My daughter now collects every used credit/gift card she can get her hands on and makes guitar picks out of them. She then either keeps the picks or makes jewelry (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.). I would definitely recommend this shop.

Quality has only been cheap once out of MANY orders. I am always happy with the variety of items, swiftness, and customer service.
Pricing can vary from cheap to expensive, but this site is just TOO COOL!

Great site with great merch. Prices are a little high, especially for licensed products, but sales are frequent and useful. Only downside is this site takes too much of my money.

I frequent this site a lot due to the novelty items. Placed an order for 10 items (they were on sale!) on Wednesday, February 20,2013 via UPS Ground. Received 2 packages on Wednesday, February 27,2013. More recently, I also placed an order for 3 items on Friday, March 1,2013 via UPS Ground. Received the package on Saturday, March 9,2013 delivered by the local post office. ThinkGeek never ceases to amaze me. Would recommend this site to others as well as purchase from again.

This website is AWESOME! I buy everything for my boyfriend and guy friends here. It literally makes me break the bank. They have things on here that are cheaper than on amazon. I LIKE! & My boyfriend loves it too!

Great place for geeks, intellectuals, weirdos, nerds, and other people who have a nice eccentric side or an obsession with gadgets. Fair prices, Fair shipping, and lovely selection. Its products made up more than half of my Christmas presents!

I love this website. I ordered Zombie caution tap, and a "Land Rover" dog toy for my dogs. The total cost was only about $15.00 and it only took a week and a half to arrive to my place here in Canada. I highly recommend this website.

My boyfriend is a bit of a Breaking Bad 'enthusiast.' (Nicer word than geek, but he's a geek) He sends me links to thinkgeek all the time and generally I smile and nod but his birthday is coming up this weekend so I looked back at all of the old links and ordered a bunch of stuff o ThinkGeek.

I couldn't be more pleased. Things were reasonably priced which is rare for items that are show branded generally. My items were all shipped in one box, and I received them in only about 3 business days I believe. Plenty of time before his birthday and I have a feeling he is going to be very happy with all these geeked out gifts!

I have placed a couple orders with Thinkgeek over the last year. Very straight forward legitimate company. I have not had any issues whatsoever in my dealings with Thinkgeek.
