I bought Rs 1199 vaccum cleaner online. The item delivered was defective and probably without the lithium battery as it does not turn. No one is responding on wishstore16 and retail4 email ids. The phone number provided in contact us does not exist as per the recorded respone. I think I have been scammed for Rs 1200 with no recourse. 7 days after the delivery are going to get over and then anyway I will not be elligible for replacement item. Irequest you to get me the replacement item

Their is no customer support available. Given number and email id is also fake. I could see lots of consumer complaints.

Same as the other one who brought the vaccum cleaner. It's not charging. I think no battery. Their contact number is fake. The number on parcel pack ringing not picked. Looks like scam. Missing accessories too.

I ordered 4 in one vacuum cleaner and received on 12the March 2024. I doesnt power on. I believe its a fake one. I have to loose Rs.1199. Do NOT order anything from this site. Those all are fake reviews.

Ordered a mixer for which they charged 1600.00.
They sent a mixer not worth 250.00. The contact number provided in the detail is all false. Not traceable.

I received a new Powerful 4-in-1 Strong Suction Vacuum Cleaner by Home Depot on 4 th March 2024 from the website the Wishstores with ORDER WS*******.
It never powered on and I informed the customer care for replacement or return and ever since did not receive a reply. Looks like it's fake and the customer service is unresponsive to my query and request.

I ordered three items all the same, they were baking mats, I never received all three of them. When I complained they said they would send them, that was back in November 2016, here it is January 2017 still nothing but they did keep my $53.00

I would not recommend the wish store to anyone, save your money!
