I have filed a complaint with the Massachusetts AG about the store in North Andover, MA for consumer fraud and violation of my civil rights (age discrimination--I'm 75). They saw me coming when I walked into the store. My AT&T phone had been suspended. They never even looked at the phone, just told me I needed a new one---it was 3G and AT&T is changing to 5G in February, 2022. They talked me into a new phone. I was dumb enough to buy their line. Then changed my plan without asking me. Found out later that the monthly cost had doubled. Called AT&T---they got my OLD phone back working in 10 minutes. Had to spend at least 2 hours trying to get my old plan back--still not right even working with AT&T Corporate. The Wireless Experience is just that, especially if you're old. Saw another Senior burst into tears as they 'helped' her try to straighten out a mess. The sales people are all young and hungry for sales. I was totally taken out of the process as they messed up and changed my plan---even though I was standing 3 feet away from them. They don't even deserve 1 star. Go elsewhere.

Don't go there.
I was already hesitant to purchase from this store as I have heard negative rumors about them, but still I did because their marketing strategy persuaded me. However, when the product that I have ordered arrived, I was shocked and disappointed because it wasn't the item I purchased. I have been contacting their customer service for replacement and haven't received any feedback from them after so many follow-ups
I bought an accessory from this company, it was delivered without any delays but it was not what I expected, the product was different from my order. I contacted the company about returning it, I was promised I would get my order within two days. Its been a week and I am frustrated.
