I GOT A EDENBRIDAL DRESSS IT FIT AND LOOKS SO STUNNING. IM VERY HAPPY AND I GOT ALL BRIDESMADE THERE LOVE THEWEDDINGDRESSBRIDAL. MY GOWN IS SO NICE IT WAS 1800. 00 SHE LET ME PUT HALF DOWN AND PAYMNETS VERY HAPPY BRIDE
I purchased a Maggie Sottero wedding dress for $800 from this website after several telephone conversations with the owner Judy Nickles. I was assured that this was a genuine Maggie Sottero dress. After 8 weeks of waiting, I received my dress which is an extremely cheap knock-off. It looks nothing like the dress I ordered. The material is not the same as the real dress, the fit is completely different and there is not even a Maggie Sottero label sewed in dress. I contacted Judy (the owner) who informed me that there are no refunds. She said, "They must have sent you the wrong dress." I attempted to file a dispute with PayPal but was informed that I am not protected because it has been more than 45 days since the transaction was made. I told them that I just received the dress and did not know that I was being scammed. They said that their policy was 45 days from the transaction date and that they could not help me. I plan on contacting my bank and hope that I will be able to get my money back.
