When my account was abruptly locked and I was unable to access my $201,555, I was crushed. I called customer service in a panic, but they remained silent. Despite feeling powerless, I persisted. I was determined to get my money back, so I looked for a solution and found S I M O N C H * C O M My money was successfully retrieved by their knowledgeable staff, who's professionalism and efficiency gave me hope.

"You should never trust them! I had expected to get around $50,000 for a few coins. I eagerly awaited a response and sent the cryptocurrency to the specified address, but I never received one. I was furious. Luckily, I was referred to the tech team at **TRE/ (B(L)ES) /LTD*(COM)**. That was the one piece of advice that really helped me obtain all of my money back from those scammers.

My withdrawal amount was stuck in the wall street exchange for over 5 months, I eventually realized that you have to voice your dissatisfaction through the scamreveal/net community if you have a problem with consumer rights like this, that you need to get resolved. My issues with the wall street exchange had taken effect when the customer service wanted me to make a security deposit of $15,000 for withdrawal, which I did, then they said my profit amount was more than 10 of my capital amount and that it will be considered as money laundering, then again the customer service wanted $5,000 as a margin deposit, which I also paid, then they wanted $830 as a personal income tax deposit. After several payments, i finally refused to send them money at which point my withdrawal amount was stuck and the customer service became unresponsive in an attempt to move away with the money

Its all fake. There are no trades. I currently have ******* usd in an account with them. They say its available for withdrawal but everytime you put in a request it gets rejected. I have attached photo for reference. Ive repeatedly asked for trade/share certificates and proof of credit added to my account. They cant provide anything. Its only what you see on there site. There are no actual profits or trades taking place. Then theres the "credit". They claim to have given me 50,000 usd credit to save my investment when it went into margin call. Ive attached photo for reference. Are they doing this for all there clients? They advertise to have over 1 million clients. I only invested ******* usd and they claim to have given me that much credit. AS IF! Lets even be on the real conservative side and say 5% of there clients have a 20,000 credit not the 50,000 they claim to have given me just the 20,000 for now. So 5% of 1 million clients is 50,000 times $20,000 credit = 1 billion dollars. You see where Im going with this. Its all lies. Just numbers on a screen to get you to put more money in. And remember I was real conservative with the numbers they claim. Daniel Ackerman, Anthony Savva, Michael Klein and everyone at Wall Street Exchange are blood sucking parasites. 100% a scam.

This is not a legit business, it's a scam. Ignore any positive reviews, they are fake too. From people only posting 1 review. Trust the negative reviews as I have experienced very similar so I can vouch for them. Their website is no longer reachable (red flag)

My experience:-
Invested minimum amount of £250 ($320-ish) in June. They were great at getting me set up. They took me through the withdrawal process, I withdrew $50 via a crypto account which worked well. This is how they gain your trust. I left it for about 20 days and my account went up by about $40. The dashboard is all fake, but very believable. They then start telling you to invest more. My broker said the minimum I should invest is $5000; they had packages ranging from $5000 upwards. I told myself if they ever pressured me to invest big amounts I would back out. So I requested to withdraw all my funds. My broker rang me quickly to query it - you need their approval to withdraw *your* money (red flag). I said I wanted to test the system again as I was nervous before investing $5000. He let me withdraw it. As soon as I had the money back I told him I wanted to close down the account. You cannot close down your account (red flag)

Since August they have been calling me regularly, often twice a day. They do not listen to my requests to close down the account and stop calling me. I've counted 87 calls to my phone, that's borderline harassment. And they use different numbers each time, all UK numbers, usually mobile but some landline. A few more red flags there folks. I block each new one but that's futile.

They are $40 dollars down to me, so they want to try and get it back. I'm posting this review because the call I had with them today got very heated. It ended with him saying they would keep on calling me.

They are not regulated. I cannot complain to anyone. They admit all their employees operate under pseudonyms. They use UK phone numbers but they cannot operate in the UK.

Do you need any more red flags?

I was a fool but I still fancy a dabble in crypto markets. Next time I'll go to a legitimate broker

Hey I wanted to share my experience with this service. It was awesome! Their platform is super user friendly and you can access it through MT5, which is really convenient. The best part was their customer service they're so helpful and quick with deposits and withdrawals. I had some problems with my wallet address at first but my account manager explained me how to use it right. It's not so complicated once explained correctly and luckily the guys at Wallstreet are efficient.
Plus they've got some great resources, like news and tips.

Being able to view multiple charts simultaneously without any lag, would significantly improve the overall experience. Besides that it's 10 out of 10! Easy to trade with required limit and stop levels, low spread rates, and no issues with deposit or withdrawal.

Its been an honor working with David Zachs. David and I have ongoing debates about market trends and the next bull and bear market. I can tell that Mr. Zachs has a deep understanding of the crypto market. Its been a very challenging but satisfying few months trading with this firm.
I say challenging bcz the crypto market consists of many bubbles of challenges. Our goal as traders are to overcome those challenges whether alone or with a mentor. I would rate this firm 4.5 and not 5. Every firm has its flaws, and I would say that the flaws differ for every person, however overall very satisfied.

Andy Lewis is my assigned account manager at the wall street exchange. I don't know what reputation this firm has, however in my eyes they are doing a good job. I'm not one to request too much of a firm, the basics are necessary anything beyond that is a bonus. I have greatly benefited from the accessibility and ease of the platform.

The customer support team is highly skilled and responsive. My account manager Victor has been helpful in resolving any issues I've encountered, using his impressive knowledge of trading and markets. I have also tested their withdrawal and deposit processes, both of which are quick and efficient.

Who better to motivate me in the crypto industry than the master Giovanni. He has been a gem these whole two months I've been here. He has been responsive in emails and phone calls altogether I have no complaints in that sense. Sometimes I have to stand my ground and not give in to his suggestions or advice because we have different beliefs in some areas. Overall happy here and like perspective this firm has on the crypto industry.

Once completing setting up my account Danny was by my side guiding me and providing me with the tools I needed for ultimate success. I'm not naïve and I know ultimate success takes an eternity when trading and oftentimes loss is a big factor. What matters is that we are given a service for the money we pay and in turn make money from the trades we make whether it be thanks to the account managers who help us or the ease of using various orders and bots. I would recommend this firm to those looking for ease, peace and the comprehension of each step in the process when trading because this firm can truly provide that to you.

From my experience this is not a trustworthy trading firm. Withdrawals of anything close or greater than your initial investment is impossible. Once you have transferred this company your money its as good as gone.

This broker has been reliable for me over the years, and recently I decided to reopen my account. I'm glad to see that the service remains exceptional, just as it was before. With their highly competitive spreads and the high-level support they offer, this broker is my favourite. What's more, I'm pleased to see that they are always looking for ways to upgrade their service and taking into consideration every comment of their clients

If I had to point out something to complain about, it's that there needs to be more detailed information regarding your technical features. Moreover, the one obstacle I had with them was when my orders experienced delays during a non-farm news release, resulting in a missed opportunity. However, despite these minor concerns, I would still recommend opening an account with them.
