During the hiring process, they have told me great things such as a competitive salary and benefits package, a salary raise after six months and a fantastic working environment. However, once I got in, I soon realized that all of those mentioned earlier are just lies. They lie to clients, lie to staff, and they lie to Glassdoor! The working environment was poorly managed due to outdated equipment and broken fixtures.

The company would be decent if it weren't for bad management. There is a lack of support from the management, and employees do not get enough compensations. There is also a lack of training and benefits for the employees. In other words, the problem lies in the management's treatment of employees. They do not invest in their employees, which means the employees have no opportunity to grow. The only upside is you'll get to work with dogs.
Left them with my puppy and came back to a terrefied dog. I asked what had happened and was told thast this could have been because she was new here. But this went on for a week and decided this was not worth it.
