On Friday March 20/2020, I want to ups store and
Send package to IRS Express I was told will be delivered by Tuesday but every time I check its reschedule they keep going after hours what is wrong with these people are they that stupid, business closes Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30pm

That Has A Completely Sullen Behavior And Hates Of The Daily Grind But Will Never Quit, Horrifying People Skills When It Allies To Card Machine Operation And Likes To Get Beyond Aggressive With The Continued Verbal Fighting By The Check-Stand.? Of The A1 First-Clase Liability Problem!
They will steal and lose your things and then blame UPS and then UPS will blame the store, in the end your out of money and they gain everything you shipped.
I routinely use the UPS Store 5706 which is excellent. I have a UPS box there. Everybody there is very helpful. Yesterday I had a miserable set of papers to copy and duplicate. An assistant named Suresh did the job for me because I had a small panic attack not to mention a damaged right arm. He was wonderful, patient and thorough. I don't easily panic but these papers had me around the bend and Suresh was kind and thorough. I felt very secure w the papers when I left with them. Thank you Suresh. Sue

Can we talk about just how great UPS is?!? I mean you ship a package and it gets there the next day! On time, not busted up, and actually gets delivered. I ship everything UPS they are the best at getting the job done right!
I went to UPS Store #2545, 1905 W 4700 S, Salt Lake City, UT, around 11 am today.
I asked the woman (I can not say "lady"; she's not), a question about my charges and she yelled at me screaming "READ! READ! READ!"
I felt so bad, so humiliated, I barely could say, "I didn't know. Don't treat me as a stupid".
I am pretty sure it was because of my accent. Is it a reason to yell at a customer?
Time ago I worked at UPS and we were taught that UPS treats every PACKAGE as an HONOR GUEST (it was in Arizona, for the 5-day training to be a Delivery/Driver).
I wish this old gray, curly hair woman treated me as a package... but she did as garbage... shame on you, UPS, having this woman working with people!

PS, this is not the first time I go to this store, but this is the first time I've been so humiliated as she did.
This store can disappear plus the people that work for it. Company is a waste of space. They are worse than Hitler
Employees are pleasant and knowledgable. I often use the facility to get my faxes sent. Location is close and the hours are open when I most likely need them.
UPS makes everything so difficult they say they do not have a direct line to their stores. How can a package be at your facility and it will take 4 days to move it to the pick up area.
The store in our neighborhood is filled with friendly helpful folks. Always ready to give a helping hand. Even during the Christmas holidays when they tend to get busy they are still very composed and friendly.
I guess I was already upset because I wasn't home for my package and when the ticket clearly said to go to the store that it would be there... it wasn't any the people didn't know where it was and I failed my test because I didn't receive my c ok computer for school uggghh
If you need professional, ethical, friendly, reasonable and qualified people do your notary or other ups service, its worth to drive a few miles south of Irvine to Eltoro near the post office in Lake Forest. Ask Tara or her father, both managers, to help. This is a great place especially that Irvine locations are often really unfriendly and unhelpful, especially the ups store on Jeffrey and Alton. Don't waste your time there or at any other UPS store and go straight to theupsstore. You won't regret it.
