I had same kind of experience with them but paul and rebecca from the Unlockteam they helped me and replied all of my emails promptly, as they promised they have returned my money through paypal account. I really appreciate them and they are trust worthy. You should understand these kind of online transactions will take some time based on your bank credit cards. I have waited approximately for 3 weeks to get the refund. Thanks
Apparently they reply in 24 hours, but usually less than 12... not! I have sent numerous emails with no response well past the 24 hour time period. Like most of the others on here, they take your money, say they can't unlock the phone, tell you you're getting a refund and then don't give you a refund or respond to emails. I wish I had seen all the reviews before I went with this "company" to unlock my phone...
I have 2 phones that need unlocking from two separate carriers so that my wife and i can get a family plan
Your reviews here, however, don't inspire faith.
I work at national television news outlet as well as write for a local paper (in a major metropolitan city) and three other online publications. If your service is a scam knowledge of it will extend far beyond the walls of this review forum. But should you be legit, I would write about it and assure the public of its validity.
So, do you trust your product?
For some reason the unlock team was unable to unlock my Iphone but yet when my imei # was checked every thing checked clean and when the unlock team website put my imei # in they said they could unlock. Did not happen that way they have my money and I still have a locked phone. Do not trust! Not sure how they still have a website? Update the unlock team responded back and said because I was not satisfied with the service I would receive a refund. The next day my credit card was refunded full amount. Thanks,
Code worked for my phone but very slow to deliver it when they said instant. There are faster unlock sites that are the same price so maybe look around
We apologize that your code took a little longer than usual to process. Unfortunately the process can take longer than anticipated on some occasions. This is beyond our control, although we do all we can to get them out as soon as possible.

I didn't get my unlock code and my refund was not issued because of Technical issue with my email address, I emailed them and the issue was resolved and refund was within 24 hours, It is an OK experience and I would have rated them fine only If i got my lock code :)
It says iPhone get instant unlock but I am still waiting. My boyfriend used his card and said to me I really hope this isn't a scam. Wish I would have looked it up first

Code number one - didn't work. Code number two - didn't work. Code number three - at last, a code that actually unlocked the phone! This too me more than a week and ten emails. The third code eventually unlocked my phone but it really shouldn't take this long for a simple unlock code.
I suggest you look elsewhere if you want a reliable service in a hurry. Customer service was good, but they obviously need to provide a reliable service first time around.
I have used online service for unlocking in the past and they have always worked the first time.

I don't have a review as of yet and I'm weighing the odds;. Looks like some people are content whereas others are most certainly not;... sometimes you never know who's writing the reports and for what reason truthfully;... could be a competitor or could be a real complaint;... I'm trying to determine if it's worth the risk as i saw a member of the unlock team come back with a retaliation on here stating that some individuals falsify information;... would anybody out there viewing like to add to this delirium?
