It has been 3 1/2 weeks since I made an order with the total health shop. Have yet to receive my order or a reply to my emails and phone calls. I have never had any trouble with this company before always got my orders on time. Don't know what is up but would really like to get this matter resolved. Send me my order or refund my full payment that is how businesses are suppose to work.

Like the other customer I have been using them for years. Then I ordered juice in November 2010. They charged my cc in January 2011 and never sent a product. The phone number I had for them was no longer in service. They do not return emails either. I suspect they went out of business and took many customers money. Don't submit any orders with them. I'm still waiting to get my money back.
I purchased Acai juice on 11/6/2010. They said they would get back to me. They never have, won't return my money, and won't send the product!
