Sue, the owner of the Teapot Garden took the time to explain the bracelets to me in person. She's a very warm and sweet lady. While I was there, I also scored some of her Honey for my husband's allergies. Pollen season is just around the corner and local honey really helps. (Bee hives and processing on site!)

Sue made the effort to call me back when I decided not to leave a message and it paid off for me.
She did had another one of the items I wanted and added it to my order. Packaging is lovely and thoughtful thank you note included.

The website was easy to navigate and so was Check out. When my items arrived they arrived fully intact packaged very beautifully. I don't even buy store-bought jellies and jams anymore Sue makes the absolute best!

I have placed and received several orders with The Tea Pot Garden. Always very professional and courteous, with hand written thank you notes in each delivery. Packages are packed very well, and deliveries are not delayed. I asked Sue if she could get me a particular item, not shown on their website, to match some of the items I had ordered from her. She went above and beyond to get what I wanted and actually messaged me, not only through emails but also texts, which I really appreciated. It made feel like she really cared and thought that I was important. Very personable. Thank you Sue! This shop is so fabulous. The packages was very professionally boxed up. Very great packaging job. I was just blown away by the detail to every little thing in the box all the way down to the paper folded in the corners of the box. Several boxes in a box and them suckers wasn't moving. Such beautiful ribbon work as well. If it's a gift for someone they will include a card. Such a great shop. So great to deal with. Very fast shipping. Ant questions you have get answered with a personal feeling of acknowledgement. Just overwhelmed with joy from my buying experience. My bee kitchen is going to look fabulous. Just re-did my pantry and the theme has become bee's. This filled the empty spot on my wall and is just perfect. Delivery was fast and a handwritten thank you as well as a recipe. I will definitely be shopping here again.

I wanted an item at another store, there was a defective spot on that item so was searching online for the same item and found this store. It was unclear on exactly what was being bought so messaged the store for an answer, but they didn't respond til after I purchased. It worked out, but if they offer a chat box they need to answer quicker than almost an hour or so later
