The Simple Greek

I am blown away by all the praise and positive reviews! Have I gone to the wrong place?! I have waited for Simple Greek to open for so long! Boy, was I disappointed! First, I was surprised by the $1.00 upcharge for grilled steak. There was no disclosure about it. Then, I was put off by the single paper bag for all heavy contents. I made a point of holding the bag by the bottom. No help! The soggy bag fell apart right in my hands! Containers tumbled out, creating quite a mess in the car. There were even no napkins in the bag to help with a clean-up. When I called to report the issue and request a refund, I was told I would get a call-back the next day. Yeah, still holding my breath! Whatever food survived was horrible! Sour, salty soups; overcooked shrimp and potatoes - barely edible. So much for local Greek cuisine! Never again!
