I had a problem with the calling card that I bought from this company's website , I called them immediately after the purchase and advised them of this. The represantative advised me that they would issue a refund within 3 days and to go ahead and make another purchase for a different card. I never received any refund and they continuously told me it would be another 3 days. The customer service number or chat line listed on the website barely works, you can't get hold of anybody during the day and whenever i get through there are no managers to handle issues , the reps always assure me that a manager will call me back but i have not heard from any manager after 15 call back requests and have received more than 9 emails assuring me of my refund. They are scamming people out of money ....unfair business practices!!!
