My experiences with TRR have all been wonderful. Sometimes, shopping online can be difficult due to sizing issues, etc.
TRR staff are all quite understanding and ready to please with a suitable outcome. They have a wonderful marketing and customer service team to back up their merchandise. I am thrilled by most of my acquisitions and the available wardrobe choices!
Highly recommend doing business with TRR and enhancing your personal wardrobe the sustainable and intelligent way!

I bought my first Chloe bag, and the quality is amazing! The description mentioned why it received their rating of "very good", but you never know what it'll look like in person. It came with the auth. Cards, booklet, etc. and in beautiful condition! Super happy! Got a great deal on it since the color isn't sold in stores, but the bag still is. $639 for a $1400 bag! <3

So far, I really enjoy the site. Some real real feedback: I received some pants today that were depicted as light gray, but the description said charcoal. What arrived was in fact charcoal and did not match the pants in the pictures. The measurements in the listing were correct, though. Personally, I'm fine with it so no issue here, but I could imagine someone else out there being pretty upset about it. Overall, I'm pleased.

I love the Real Real. I've been shopping and consigning since 2012. The business itself continues to grow in a positive way (customer service and consignor service has greatly improved) and of course the spread of merchandise continues to grow. I'm on the app constantly! I have my favorite brands and buzz words to search for. Getting a package from your warehouse is like Christmas!

I called Custer customer service and the support that the bag I bought was authentic. And they would send me an email to have it sent back to store to verify authentication. They were very helpful. The purse is authentic after all but comes with no authentic card with number on it to prove its original and it doesn't come with the correct bag cover for the purse.

Perfect condtion and accurate color description. Appreciated the reduced price. I will check back to the Real Real for future quality items at a savings because they only acccept selling items that are in great condition, but when not that is made clear.

This site combines so many things I love: designer brands, incredible prices, amazing service and an artful display, all in an easy to use format that has me coming back for more again and again. I recommend TheRealReal constantly to friends who ask about my wardrobe, always joking that "No, I do not work there or own stock. I just love it!" Love that this entity exists. Thank you for making used merchandise so incredibly glamorous. Your high standards are very much appreciated.

I visit this site daily. It's very reputable and offers a wide array of designers merchandise at very fair prices. Easy To return and are very clear if it's a final sale. I have only returned a few of the many items I have purchased and it was only for sizing issues. The quality is always better than expected. I have recommended to all my family and friends who are equally as happy.

I love designer bags, shoes and accessories. I can't always afford to buy them new so this is a great option.

My first RR purchase was in 2015, and I've made many more since.

It is my go-to for designer consignment. The others are missing something for me… like an application, a consistently smooth purchasing process, expedient customer service, and a common sensical way to track the items I like.

Also, TRR tends to have the most reasonable prices.

Have to admit I was hesitant to make my first purchase but once I received it - I was in love! Products are true to the online marketed image and description. I'd recommend to actually add a comment when certain brand runs small or large (will save me some money from all the return fees I have to pay due to wrong size).

So happy to have a luxury consignment/resale site where items show up and they're great. No funky smells, no weird rips or stains, all the items are exactly as described and beautiful. Takes the stress out of online shopping for luxurywear. I particularly value keeping clothes out of the landfill and consuming in a more sustainable way. I also love how theRealReal ships with minimal/reusable packaging and no tissue paper.

A + quality clothing at fraction of the price. They helped me get what I wanted and shipped it to me very quickly.

Since I discovered The Real Real about four years ago, I have been hooked. I have made so many purchases. All items are always exactly as described and you can't beat the price. My only complaint is that shipping used to be quicker via another carrier and they recently switched to a new carrier that is about a week slower with shipments.

I am both a frequent purchaser and seller on the site. They make it extremely easy to consign and pay quickly when items are sold. As far as the purchasing side, the merchandise is always in excellent condition, arrives quickly and returns are easy if the merchandise isn't just right. What I love most is that you can find really special pieces from previous collections at great prices. The ultimate treasure hunt!

I have been in love with these boots for several years now, but did not want to pay the full price tag of $1K. Real Real allowed me the luxury of owning something previously loved by another, at a great price. The boots were packaged carefully in beautiful packaging, quite quickly, I might add, and arrived as pictured, in good condition. I can't wait to wear them this fall with everything!

I have received the best customer service from The Real Real. Whether it is buying from their site to the white glove pick up of consignment, the service is the best. I can't recommend The Real Real enough. Michelle embodies the excellent customer service. She picks up my consignments fast. She is so friendly and personable. Michelle gas the best customer service skills.

I've purchased and sold on the RealReal. The platform provides an opportunity to recoup some of the expense of previous purchases, and buying on The RealReal saves money. If you're a "season" snob, don't bother. But if you have your own style, there's great quality to be had at very low prices. Most importantly, "trading" clothing is environmentally responsible. Out with the old, in with the Old!

I shop pretty frequently at The Real Real. Great selection and value. I loved the saved searches functionality - I do wish you could create alerts for specific search items as well (that would be badass).
The customer service is really great online and by phone.
Only negatives are a) the expensive shipping and returns, and b) sometimes the product descriptions have been way off and I've ordered items that have extensive damage not noted, or the measurements are completely inaccurate. But I still feel TRR deserves 5/5.

People are always complaining that they want to speak to a real person well you get a RealReal person here! Get it? Seriously though, the rep I spoke to was kind, attentive, and efficient! Someone got back to me right away and from there it was the easiest thing ever. I am completely satisfied with my experience and the customer service is what makes me a repeat customer anywhere. Thanks again you guys!

This is a GREAT place to get great brands at low prices. Like we don't have anything like this in Canada, and I'm very glad that a lot of consignment stores now offer an online experience! I love how I can buy many things at once and not pay shipping on each item, like on Poshmark, and I get DEALS and promotions!

The ONLY downfall is that you get a UPS bill for each package that's sent, but I guess that's UPS not TheRealReal.
