There were a couple of glitches while scrolling the page, and some options are missing on the list (musical instruments doesn't have much aside from pianos; might be good to include Large instrument, medium instrument--like tubas, harps, guitars, etc.).

There was a problem with your site so I had to start over and enter info again. Otherwise all aspects of our move went very well. The men were courteous, efficient, and hard working.

Really appreciate the inventory option! Even better if you had the capability to select size or # of people for things like the sofas and kitchen tables or if there were a notes section where I could provide additional details (e.g., my current place is a walk up but the new place has an elevator OR the kitchen table is small and seats only 4 people).

The moving crew we had were beyond amazing. We had a lot of unexpected things happen, including freezing rain that day, and they just rolled with it. Very helpful and efficient at getting the last things packed. They definitely went over and above!

I like the level of detail that is requested, but it's optional for me not to enter it. Website is simple and easy to navigate. Loading time per section/page was almost instantaneous.

They have an extensive inventory which helps in packing. I don't think they forgot anything. So, if you forgot something, that list will jog your memory.

Really, my friend Kim Soss said you were the best. We havn't moved in 29 years so this is the most important decision next to where we live.

Excellent. I'm not sure how to classify some types of chests, and have a question about dish packs, but I will call the company to get answers. Not sure how many boxes I will have - lots of art things, statues, etc. Also have large sewing machine desk.Thank you - these issues will be easily resolved with a phone call to The Professionals.
