My daughter ordered her prom dress from them. The picture and description showed beautiful Swarovski crystal beading. When it came it was dollar store craft beads that I would use for a kindergarten project. The dress color was wrong, it was supposed to be a mint green fade and it was a solid sky blue. I knew after searching more than just their website reviews we would never get our money back or get the correct dress. Luckily we have a bridal fabric shop near us and I have a wonderful friend who is a miracle worker seamstress. After spending another $128 dollars on crystal beading and hours of my girlfriend precious time we had a beautiful dress. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR DREAM DRESS! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE WHAT YOU ORDERED!

Tonight, I tried to order a dress for my daughter from this site. Each time I tried to send it through, it came back with a failure code and told me to try it again. Now I have received 4 emails that have 4 orders for the same dress.

If no one contacts me as of tomorrow afternoon, I will be directing my credit card to immediately stop payment and contact fraud management at my credit card company. I had read some poor reviews and some good reviews for your company. As of now, I am adding my poor review to list. I run my own business, and I would not be in business today if my online payment system was this bad.

HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered a dress in black, and when it came, it was not black, but purple. My mom sent them an email with attached pictures of the dress, and sent it to them to let them know that they had sent us the wrong color. Instead of admitting they were wrong and trying to make it right, they rudely replied back that the picture showed the dress in 'dark grape', which clearly in the picure it is black. She replied back to them and showed them that the word black was in the name of the dress, to which they replied back by saying "Just because black is in the name, doesn't mean it will be black. We can name it whatever we want." After spending over $200, you'd think that they'd at least try to do something to fix it. But nope, they were rude instead. We will never be ordering from here again and will be sure to spread the word. Do not order from here.

Found a dress at a local bridal store for $500. Went online & found the same dress on thepromgirls.com for &179. Ordered it and received it before the requested date given. The dress is beautiful. Very well made, nice material. Fully lined all the way to the floor. All beads & jewels sewn on, not glued. Well worth the price. Much nicer than anything in local department stores. Great fit. Well worth the price. Had an issue with my computer and accidentally ordered 3 dresses. Contacted the company and they resolved the problem immediately. No problems at all. I was scared to order from this company since I didn't find many reviews online. I had to try since my daughter loved the dress so much & I was not going to pay $500. For it. So glad I took the chance. Highly recommend! I posted pictures for this site, but they don't do it justice. So much prettier in person.

I have ordered my dress and it's still saying processing I need my dress by Saturday March 28 and I have a feeling it won't be here in time I'm getting real frustrated
