The Pro Designers

I run a small plumbing business and decided it was time to build a website as everyone has one now days so I contacted Pro Designers.

At the start they seemed nice and friendly and mentioned they could build a website that would be custom designed to my needs and would be easy to use.

Well, that was not the case, Once I paid them it took them 10 days to send through a design even though they mention they send designs in 48 hours, the design they sent through was very basic, looked like a template, I wet onto their portfolio and could see there were many websites using the same layout but they just change the pictures and colors, so not really custom designed to my disappointment.

The website took 2 months to build, mind you thins is only a simple 7 page website with pictures about my business and a contact form, not sure why it took them so long.

When I finally did get the website log in details I could see the website was very hard to use, you needed to know "basic coding" to update the website, well they told me at the start it would be drag and drop, so that was false advertising.

I also notice the website sends out lots of spam emails through the contact form, when asked to fix they told me it was going to cost $199 to fix which I thought was ridicules as it would not need fixing in the first place if they did it correct.

Needless to say I ended up stopping the website and getting it built elsewhere, I did not get any refund, seems like a scam company to me, be careful!

Absolutely scammed! Please do NOT use this service! They will scam you! I paid to have a logo made and they used designs from Canva, which I could have used for free.

When I first spoke with The Pro Designers on their live chat they were very nice but I guess that was all just a front.

I noticed that when I asked for their ABN they were very hesitant and said that people could leave them bad reviews if they had their ABN, that's a bit strange as you can leave reviews for any business, it turns out The Pro Designers do not have a valid ABN when I searched their name on ASIC.

4 weeks went by and the logo designs and website designs I were provided were very amateurish, as if they grabbed a template and just changed a few pictures and colors.

I decided I had given them enough time and was well within the 30 day time frame that they have mentioned on their terms & conditions for a refund.

When I asked for a refund they said no, made up a lot of excuses.

I just decided to cut my losses and leave, just beware of www.theprodesigners.com.au as they will take your money and not deliver.

Please be careful. At first I had a very good impression because they answered fast and their website seems trustworthy. But I should have listened to my bad feeling when they tried to sell me more and more things.

They actually came up with a design but it was super standard and nothing at all like I told them in my briefing. Now I am trying to contact them for a refund. But they are not answering.

I think it is just a fake company. So please be careful and search for other Web Designers. I just lost 300 Dollars.

We decided to upgrade our web site with the pro designers, they promised the world and delivered a site full of problems that no can fix and try to blame us for the issues when in fact

They promise in their phone sales pitch that you can get a refund if they do not deliver a suitable website design, this is completely false and they refuse to offer a refund after you've paid and they

I engaged The Pro Designers to design a logo for my business, I had sent

So I requested a refund as on their website they mentioned they offer 30

Ignore my calls and emails, I have not heard back from them since.

I guess they have taken my money and run, do not use The Pro Designers

I have had nothing but an extremely bad experience with The Pro Designers - they do NOT deliver, cannot deliver, give themselves "anglo"
Names even though they are outsourced to somewhere like pakistan, India
Or surrounds. Many programmers from this part of the world are great but
They don't need to lie and mislead people.

I engaged The Pro Designers to build me a simple 5 page website and they kept sending back templated designs that I found online before engaging them, their website claims they custom design their websites but they just get a template and sell it to you at a premium.

They do NOT have proper offices and are using virtual offices and
Phone numbers that are giving the impression they are actually a real
Organisation.

Waste of money and highly illegal in Australia - don't touch. I have
Asked for my money back but they keep obfuscating and pretending that
They are going to do what I actually instructed them to do.

I am now really worried about my credit card details
Being in their hands so I had to cancel my card and have a new card.
