I'd never used a plumber and The Pink Plumber was great. Jack Roan came out and cleared the drain from a back up. He was professional, personal and got the job done. I'll be using the Pink Plumber again. Thanks!
This company sent a plumber to replace a fill valve in one of my toilets. The most expensive fill valve I could find at Home Depot is around $27. The Pink Plumber, however, wanted to charge me $380 to replace this valve. Yes, seriously. I complained, so the plumber suddenly realized he could do the job for "only $270." I had received quotes of $150 from local plumbers, but they couldn't come out on the same day. If you want to be charged $380 to replace a $27 fill valve, then this is a business that will certainly gauge you. I won't ever recommend them to anybody.

My sewer line had a big hole with tree roots growing in it. Steve from The Pink Plumber located the problem area and fixed it on the spot. He was great. Steve is a knowledgeable, personable, professional. I would recommend The Pink Plumber to anyone who has a plumbing issue. Additionally, they support breast cancer awareness and research.
