Terrible, dont orders from this company - they steal your money and dont deliver what's promised and then refuse to answer or rectify.

I ordered my sweat vest awhile ago. I received an order # but never got a tracking number etc. I contacted customer service SEVERAL times and never got a response. I tried to call the number that is correlated with the company and the call never goes through! Still haven't received my order. VERY VERY VERY UPSET!

I just got it yesterday. I don't see how people having trouble with the tracking because mines came in 3 days later after I ordered it. The product is great. I've been using it since yesterday. No complaints here sculpt sweat!

First impressions are everything and if a company cannot adhere to the time frame they have in writing for order shipments, then this is bad business. I ordered from this company at the beginning of March and have yet to reach anyone by phone as the phone line is always busy. Just now, 3 week after I placed my order, I received an email explaining that my order will finally ship on next week, yet it should have shipped weeks ago. Unfortunately, they have a No Refund policy or I'd ask for my funds to be placed back on my card. I will not recommend or order again.

Ordered a month ago and no tracking number or nothing! Not happy at all.
Was going through Facebook tonight and the same models including coco were advertising the same thing now under the name choice fit? The same exact product and video I watched for sculpt sweat! Dont even think about it or you'll be screwed. Cant track, cant reach anyone. No tracking number.

I purchased a sculpt sweat vest, it took almost a month for it to ship out. Customer Service replied to my emails in a timely fashion with good information about shipping, etc. It took almost 2 months til I recieved my order since the order date. I love my sculpt vest, it just took forever to come.

I ordered a Waist Trainer from The Perfect Sculpt beginning of December. I have yet to receive my order and CANNOT get into contact with anyone from customer service or support team. Calling the number on the website i use because no one has ever answered and the mailbox is "full". It is not reliable company and will your money. I have contacted them on Instagram and still have not heard anything.

They will take your money and wont send the items you purchased. They have a "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau.(Look it up) Dont waste your money.

Their sweat vest was awesome, I use it on my work out at the gym. Shipping was fast! Would definitely reorder.

Don't order! I ordered a month ago and have not received anything! After numerous attempts to contact they sent me a link to track my order, the link was no good! SCAM

On December 29 i order the sweat set. It was for 36.99. When it didnt come in 2 weeks i began to get suspicious. And of course i was right!. They have no phone. Only online chat. And ive been chatting with Danny. I just asked him where my order was he said they are moving there warehouse. Really. I fell for the okie dokie. They got me as other people as well. But i beg and pray they get taken down

Hey guys, I had the same issue (no delivery after 2months, since december 2017) and I have sent them emails, messages by chat but at the end nothing came up. So I decided to stand for my rights because by emails or by phone apparently they aren't taking us seriously so if you want to join our group of complaints and actions, send me an email! *******@gmail.com

I ordered two sweat vests on January 19th and they still have not arrived. Just like all the other ladies that have written reviews before me, I have e-mailed them twice, and have yet to receive a response. I havent even received a tracking number. I will definitely warn everyone about The Perfect Sculpt.

This is such a horrible company, do not trust them. I ordered my bras Oct 23rd and still have not received a tracking number or anything from them, no contact nothing and I have wrote them every week and no response. Not even decent people, to say hey we are looking into it, nothing not a word. #horriblecompany

I ordered the vest on October 12,2017. Twelve days later, no vest. There's no way to contact a real person, only email and live chat, which over town no response. They should not be allowed to steal money from people this way!

I ordered from Perfect Sculpt back in December. It is now March, and not only did this company take my money, but they also did not send me what I had ordered. Each time I corresponded with them through a live chat or email, they would apologize and/or give an excuse with a promise to ship them immediately, but this never happened. I even tried to call them, but no luck there either. I have had to screen shot all of my conversations so that I can send them to my credit card company for a dispute claim and to get my money back. No one should have to go through this. Companies that are online should have to take full responsibility when they do not follow through with their integrity. This company is horrible and I hope that people will stop buying from them, so that they will close down and stop scamming the public.

Purchased from The Perfect Sculpt on January 20th. January 22nd, I received an email saying it had shipped, with tracking info. Every time I select "track package" from then until now, the DHL website says an error. So, I contacted the company. Once. Twice. Three times. Via email and their website. I have yet to hear back from them. My only saving grace is that I purchased through Paypal, so I have started a claim to get my money back. I will never purchase or recommend this company to anyone, but I WILL tell everyone who will listen how HORRIBLE of a company this is.

This company is a scam. Ignore all the so called great reviews because they're fake. I ordered a sweat corset bundle with leggings from this company and they still haven't returned the money nor have they sent any items! I went back and forth with them and the only thing they said was we're sorry but we're moving our warehouse! Supposedly they created another ticket but I never received a confirmation number. Needless to say I never received my order just like the other thousands of women they've scammed! DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THEM CAUSE THEY WILL KEEP IT AND YOU WON'T RECEIVE ANYTHING!

This company uses fake customer reviews and have different names for their company's that are no longer in business they will steal your money and you never get your bra
