I tried contacting them and have had no response, no one to chat with either. I purchased a cantilever umbrella June of 2017. I live in New England so it's stored most of the year. It has totally faded but that is not my issue. It separated from the top and now it's just trash and supposedly they have the best warranty. That is a fat lie! Do not purchase anything from them. I was a very happy client until they decided not to get involved.

I could not let this opportunity that does exist once in a life come to pass. The Offset Umbrella Aluminum Tan 10 was perfect and its cheaper price allowed me to save a lot. Looking forward to shopping with you guys again. The Patio was delivered in good condition.

Came here for a couple chairs to place around my pool. At first, I was just looking for something simple, but I ran across their zero gravity chairs. I must say it was worth it. Great quality and super comfortable. The mesh material doesnt get hot when out in the sun, so there is no burning or need to place a towel before sitting. Great site with a good collection of items. I'll come back for more stuff around my pool area.

It is a very good product within at cheap and best price, It looks elegant and attractive. It is useful for my clients which are sophisticated. It is equipped with necessary items and It is very safe for heavyweight persons, too.

Happy about my outdoor heater I got for my patio a couple months ago, definitely now more than ever since its gotten cold outside. I stay in a fifth floor apartment with a small balcony and didnt want anything too big. They had a tabletop model that was perfect for the space I needed to heat. It was easy to setup and now I can enjoy my patio even when its snowing.

I just received my order and i am very happy. I really didn't know what to get for my husband's birthday. I know he loves BBQs so i started looking at grills but then i fell on this site and i was real amazed by the great inventory. I was able to find an even better idea and he loved it. Thank you

Ended up getting more than I originally thought. I placed my initial order for a pack of solar powered walkway lights for my back entrance. Shipping was really fast! I loved the look of the lights and came back for a patio set for my deck. I went with a Rattan Wicker bar table with chairs. When it got here and my husband set it up I was thrilled. Quality was immaculate, and the design was flawless. I found my new patio supply store.

I needed an umbrella for ma patio, I always like to be outside but I spent so much time that I would burn sometimes. Really glad I got this big umbrella now I can take naps outside and stay cool. October of last year (2017) I contacted The Patio Depot regarding a defective 8' offset umbrella. They offered me a replacement 10' umbrella. They didn't have the 8' in stock. It's now April 24th (2018) and after several emails and phone calls. They claim that there is still no stock. It seems a little strange that a company that claims to be one of the largest patio furniture store doesn't stock this umbrella. Especially this time of year. The run around I'm getting is getting OLD. Next stop the Better Business Bureau.

Recently bought an outdoor patio cooler from here and it works great. I went with the all in one model that has two tables and chairs that fold out from it. Im very outdoorsy and this thing is perfect for a camp out, not to mention it is very durable. It gets the most use on my deck near the grill. Its a very solid item, stellar quality.

So my friend told me about this website for patio furniture called patiodepot and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised at the selection they had with great specials and free shipping. We got a full set and honestly I love it, Im very happy I used this website

This heater sheds a lot of heat. There are four heat settings: fan off / on with one or both elements. The highest setting is too hot after a few minutes, good for instant heat to eliminate cold. Then I have it in the lowest setting to keep the heat in the room. I would recommend to everyone.

Purchased a 11 cantilever patio umbrella Sept, 2017. The umbrella has been outside less than 3 months & it is already fading.
Also the mechanism on the arm of the umbrella is defective & does not allow the umbrella to open properly.
Contacted Bob a manager at Patiodepot on several occasions & was informed we would have to pay $150 for shipping of a new umbrella. This was after several contacts by us before he even responded.
Terrible customer service & vaque warranty info on their website.
