I have applied for pan card 6 months ago. They took a service charge of Rs. 379 which is high compared to nominal value. Inspite paying high fees, I am not getting proper service. Worst customer service. Never seen such an awful service anywhere. The lady who is customer support spoke to me was irritating. When I am explaining the problem from my side, she is not even ready to hear my points completely impatient. I am paying to them for service and they are dominating me and expecting me to beg to them for service. Now they are asking me to apply pan card by myself and they are not ready to refund my amount also. Horrible one. Even if you write complaint also, they won't respond immediately. They will order us to do all the work for getting pan card. I don't know how they are going to succeed by taking such cursing from customers. I have to give 0 star rating for this. Still waiting for the reply.

This site has running a scam. I have made the payment and applied online more than a month back. These people do not reply and have not given a customer care number as well. They do not respond to queries which customers raise and I am highly disappointed. I am going to file a formal complaint against their company. No one should trust them!

Do not use this site to apply for your pan card. This site is a fraud and is a big time scam. I have applied for my pan card a month ago, submitted all my documents and made the payment as well, I still haven't got any leads on the same. I am worried about my documents now. They haven't even provided a customer care number and they do not respond to queries either. I am going to file an FIR against this site. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRAP.
I have applied for pan card in June from ThePanCard.Com and it's been 2 months yet I haven't received my pan card they don't even have customers care number all we can do chat without getting replies
This are our Indians. Gaining rupees from the $#*!ty thing. They are really dumb, they don't give our money back and neither the card is made.
