I found the website from a google search. The website is a little... antiquated perhaps, but don't be dissuaded. I was looking for a specific Webkinz for one of my twin's birthday gifts. There was some confusion on the shipping charge/method. Due to my internet issues, I was not able to communicate with them in a timely manner to address the issues. I began to worry that the toy might not arrive on time. But, it showed up at my door and Liz had paid the difference! A+ from me. I highly recommend based on this experience. Please note that my experience was in 2010 (I Yelped at that time).
