We confirmed that we never managed your domain and it was under your management. At the time, you pointed your nameservers away from us and never cancelled your hosting subscription. You continued to get client information sent to you via email and mail for the time your site was live elsewhere and we never received notice of you wanting to cancel. We did clarify with you that we would close your account and you wouldn't be charged further.
