Ordered magazine and received email confirming charge to my card on August 7. September 27 and still no mag. No response to several emails and expensive phone calls from UK. I don't mind if it is lost in the post but the courtesy of a reply or some explanation would be appreciated. Worst customer care I've had in a long time. Maybe it's a scam or the business is bust?
