Greedy and don't follow own terms and conditions
December 21, 2024

Let me start off by saying am I am gambling addict that has no control over my actions and nothing I do is of sound mind. I have tried Gamblers Anonymous, medication, and more and nothing helps besides bans. I wish I had control but I don't. It's a disease. Twice at this casino I requested a self exclusion when I had just enough will power to do so and twice this place lifted the exclusion with just an email saying I don't know why I can't get in my account when my addiction took over. Self exclusion was me doing the responsible thing and this place acted without due regard because they knew I would spend money without sound mind and they could profit off my addiction. When a casino removes the safe guards for an addict on purpose not only is that irresponsible, but also shows intent to profit off addiction. My play is clear even if I won big I couldn't cash out because of my disease and they know that. That is why they freely removed the exclusions twice. That's why knowing their irresponsible actions stole money from me they refuse to do the right thing and refund it. I should also tell you I only asked for the deposits made after the second time they lifted the self exclusion. If a company will knowingly do this what else are they capable of? I believe most of these positive reviews are either paid or just false.

The Money Factory is a sweepstake casino that circumvents laws and regulations related to online gambling. As such they can do whatever they want with no regulatory safeguards. They could change percentages on payback at will or anything else they want to do and you just have to take their word they won't. They also don't even adhere to their own policies especially responsible gaming!

My advice is avoid this sites, if you are able to gamble for entertainment only go to a regulated casino and play.

If you have also been a victim of this site, please do like I am doing and post your experience and contact your state attorney generals office and file a complaint as this company is not registered to do business in the states and is avoiding paying taxes. Also contact the Delaware consumer protection bureau as this company is located in Delaware.

It's ashame that this business is the Grinch that stole Christmas.

Reply to their reply:

How can you say you have responsible gaming when if someone initiates a self exclusion which should be permanent you take it off as soon as they ask that's not being responsible as a business that is profiting off of addiction. Someone like me that is is addicted, self exclusion is the only thing that would stop me. I did what was right and did it twice and you should've upheld that original request as all other places do!

Also, it's a lie saying if you want to discuss this further contact them, I've already had multiple email conversations with them. I'd be happy to share that they stated their decision is final. They don't care about me not being able to eat or pay rent when they shouldn't remove the exclusion in the first place!

They think they can fool outside people with their lies. Everyone that plays knows when you do a self exclusion it is permanent because you can't control your addiction. What's the since of having a self exclusion when you don't even honor it! Just total and utter nonsense! They think people are fools!

They were able to take advantage of me but my mission now is to make sure they are never able to take advantage of anyone else that suffers from this horrible disease!

Their reply just proves my point they're greedy company that cares nothing about addiction. A matter fact they enjoy profiting off of addiction even when you do what is responsible and press the self exclusion button!

I have also posted complaints on casino review sites and they refused to respond. One casino review site stated that their action was predatory and I couldn't agree more. They stole my money and don't seem to care!
