He/ she invited me to join (via a link) to do online customer services but was never honest on how it works.

I emailed with customer service who refuses to cancel my order and credit my account. The product hasn't left China.

Ordered items never received and never any responses from the email address or website.

As you can see from reviews by others, there are many others who have encountered the same thing.

No mechanism to protect the money paid, avoid this site. They have been reported to my bank and to social media sites

Spent 50$ on the site, never received my package. I emailed and asked them why they shipped from China when the FAQ says they have a warehouse in UK, I just got an automatic response with a tracking link.
I have sent 3 emails requesting a refund for a lost package, but they wont reply. Im so sad that i didnt look up this company before paying...

I placed an order, they sent confirmation that they received it, and took my money. I have heard nothing since. They have not responded to any email that I've sent. And now when you click on their site it comes up that the site is no longer available. So it looks like anyone who has placed an order will never receive it. I'm hoping my bank will cancel the payment that was taken.

Ordered the strapless bra advertised all over Facebook April 30th. They say they will only charge once shipped and email with a tracking number. Get charged, no email, had to dig around looking for tracking info. Look at tracking info 1 month later, shipment hasn't left warehouse. Looks like they agree delivery with the delivery company to get a tracking no, but never actually dispatch it. Multiple emails, no response. They also don't tell you it's coming from China. Was made to believe it was coming from USA. Constant sales emails since, but no item updates. Opened a PayPal dispute to get money back. Fingers crossed.

I was contacted out the blue on Instagram by@*******@shanda_federico__6ekwb5x claiming to be *******@madebymeows and they were looking for brand rep models.
I spoke with Jessica and she gave be all the speel about how she loved cats and how the business was giving to give money to the local shelter for cats.
Then she said if I became an ambassador she'd give me 40% off my first order plus a free gift.
I'll be honest I was taken in, until my wife looked them up and came across 100's of complaints over may sites.
I am so glad I never purchased anything.
I'll report them on Instagram for what good it will do.

STAY AWAY! Huge rip off. You never get your order. They don't even have a phone number to call them. That should have been my 1st clue. I never received my order from April and its June 11th. They refuse to respond to any of my 5 emails that I sent. SCAM ALERT! Only reason I gave them a 1 is because there is no zero!

Ordered strapless bra, funds left account waited 5 weeks and finally package received, sunglasses!
How can they mix this up, don't want the sunglasses. Waiting for email response but not holding out a lot of hope

To repeat what other reviewers are saying, this is a scam. Ordered goods never arrive and they do not respond.

Don't buy! Waste of money and time! The bra you order has no lace and waviness along the bottom. Nothing like the picture! I ordered one black and one white and received all black. They tell you it will fit a C cup and the band is only 24 inches long. No way will it fit. When I tried to get them to resolve the situation they ignored me. I went through PayPal to fix it and PayPal Did not help me in just because I received it that was good enough. They want me to pay the shipping back and then they will give me my money back. They only responded just because PayPal was forcing them. Otherwise they will not resolve it with you. It took them three months to get it to me and then I was on vacation when Bras got here and told me since it took more than 10 days for me to get back to them that I was out of luck. I should've looked at the reviews before I bought it because everybody is unhappy with them. So take it as a warning do not spend your money and time because you will not get what you think you're getting. There's no way it's going to fit unless you're a cup size A. And you don't mind getting a plain bra versus what they show in the picture. Because they're over there in China they figure they can mail it over here and desert you. This company is a scam! Highly highly recommend you do not buy anything from them. Buy American! To be honest I'm having problems with a couple other Chinese companies that I bought stuff off of Facebook! Beware stay away from these companies! There's no resolution when you don't get what you think you're paying for!

Biggest rip off I have ever experienced. They will not cancel. They steal your money. They send aggravating emails. They steal your money. They send $#*!y garments that are not what you ordered with no recourse. Please do not use this site. Sent me 2 of the same garment. Late shipment. Promises promises. Don't fall for it. Its a scam. Gaements are $#*!. Instead of refunding me for the wrong item they send you another wrong item months later.

They contacted me on Instagram to be "brand ambassador" and my girlfriend fell for it she bought something. We never got our order and they don't reply. SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY. DO NOT PROMOTE.

I never recieved my order. They actually sent me something saying Congrats, I see you received your order, which I have not. They wont reply to my emails at all. What can I do about it? I'm PISSED

Never received my order, and despite several attempts AND methods to reach out to customer service, I've been completely ignored. Glad I spent less than $20 on this CRAP SITE and it was worth the lesson- NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered a covered litter tray costing £39.98 after seeing it advertised on Faceook. I have encountered false tracking number problems, not being able to call on either the published phone support line or the on-line help line both not working. The live chat line was not much use 'Adam' could not reassure me my order was on it's way or that I could have a refund. He asked for the card details in order to refund which I was so not going to give him over a live chat line. It's all been a complete nightmare I think the company is definately scamming members of the public and I would advise anybody seeing the adverts on Facebook not to purchase anything from them.

I have waited nearly 3 months for my order. I have emailed numerous times. The only reply I have had was with a tracking number, but no company name to locate the tracking number.
I requested a full refund, as I believe 3 months to wait is ample. To that, I have had no reply.
I shall be looking into trading standards!

This is a TOTAL scam. Do not order from this website. You will not receive your product and customer service will not help you.

I ordered from meowpunch and received a tracking number but the post office has never received the item. I contacted them to cancel and refund my money and was told that since it has a tracking number it can't be canceled. I ordered 3ish months ago.

Someone representing Meow Lives contacted me on Instagram, asking me to send a DM to their main account about signing up my pet to be an "official ambassador" for their brand.

I sent a DM to the main Instagram account, just to see what they had to say to me. Whoever responded said they'd reviewed my account, thought my pet would make a great brand ambassador, and that they were going to send me a link that I would need to click in order to select three items from their website.

These items would be absolutely free... EXCEPT that I would need to pay anywhere from $9-36 for shipping.

I didn't wait around for any other messages before blocking both the main account for Meow Lives and the person who had initially contacted me.

Maybe there are other people out there who have had a better experience with this company, but this interaction we had on Instagram makes me not trust them.

So as I have found after the fact, there is actually a meow.co (out of China) and then there is themeowpetshop.com (out of Spain - though it's not stated where these products are made).

I only found the Spanish company after searching on Google after seeing these reviews unfortunately, and though their products are more expensive, at least they look like they'd do the job as advertised. There are clear differences in both price point and quality between the two company's (no prizes for guessing which is the cheaper in both respects)!

Looking at both websites, the meow.co website looks very similar to the other, and both have a comparable format and appealing looking photos. That's where the similarity ends though, so buyer beware!

As you can see from the photo's below, even though the products are essentially advertised for the same purpose, they are worlds apart in their robustness and usefulness. Though the price of the lower quality product is somewhat less, as you'd expect, in the end you are still paying way over the odds for a dodgy and even falsely advertised product.

The main product I purchased was a sisal cat scratch ball. The first photo shows the cat scratch ball from meow.co and the second from themeowpetshop.com. The first is almost half the price of the second, however the timber is cheap pine at best and and the setup not nearly as sturdy, so I'm not expecting it to last for any length of time, but at least the product looks as advertised.

However it was the second product from meow.co that was a blatant rip off. Advertised as clear 'vinyl pads' which can be attached to furniture to prevent scratch damage, what isn't obvious from their photos is that what you actually get is a couple of pieces of paper backed clear adhesive 'film' (photo 3). It seems to be some strange hybrid cross between the Spanish company's 'adhesive cat tape' (photo 4) and their quality 'sisal scratch pad' which is attached with pins (photo 5). The Chinese company even sent as a 'free gift' the same pins as the Spanish company's, to attach the adhesive film with... what a joke!

So for $30 AUD for 2 pieces of film measuring 30cm x 45cm, I could have purchased metres worth on a roll from my local hardware store! There is no way this flimsy adhesive product stuck to the side of my sofa will be durable against a cat's claws and its usefulness is clearly misrepresented. They also have the audacity to say you'd save15% if you bought 3, so 6 pieces of 'film' for $71.62 AUD!

My advice, AVOID this product like the plague. They were selling on Facebook but if they were selling directly from Australia, they'd be taken down by consumer affairs for sure!

Poor service, order still hasn't arrived, have sent 3 emails asking for an update, all ignored, will never order again, have been sent endless amounts of spam emails since ordering but no update on actual
Order.
