They promised my daughter 13.75 an hour from day 1 after 3 pay periods she was still getting only 10.00 and hour and they kept telling us that she would be paid 13.75 retroactively. They finally adjusted her hourly rate to 13.75 but are refusing to paythe back pay for the 3 pay periods that were not correct. My wife was promised the 13.75 hour rate and after the training they refused to pay her that rate. This company cheats their employees

The MENTOR Network is a national network of local health and human services providers in more than 30 states offering an array of quality, community-based services to adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain and spinal cord injuries and other catastrophic injuries and illnesses, and to youth with emotional, behavioral and medically complex challenges, as well as their families; and to elders in need of support.
The MENTOR Network’s roots date back to 1980, when the organization—as Massachusetts MENTOR—received its first contract to provide therapeutic foster care to children and adolescents. Since our beginning, we have evolved from a single, residential program provider serving youth involved in the juvenile justice system to a diversified network offering an array of quality, innovative services to support adults, children and families.
