On April 21st I went to their website and purchases two masks along with shipping costs. I had saw this business through instagram. I received an e-mail right after ordering that said that I would receive an e-mail once my items had been shipped. On Sunday May 3rd I decided to e-mail their customer service to get an update on my order. I immediately received an auto reply that masks were being shipped out in 10 business days. On May 4th I received a reply that was extremely rude and full of grammatical errors. It said that it had not yet been 10 business days. I sent a reply stating that I was anxiously awaiting my order and advised them to work to improve their customer service. I received another reply full of grammatical errors and extremely rude that said I should have chosen to read their information on their site. The e-mail from them had no apologies. I took a screenshot of their email and posted it to Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. A friend posted she had waited 20'days and got similar responses. I then decided to e-mail them again and advised that I wanted to cancel my order and receive a refund. The final reply from them was condescending and written in caps. I called my credit card issuer to dispute the charges and advised that I would add my emails as supporting documentation. The company has since blocked me. I've never done business with this company. I had assumed since they had some post pictures with items they would be a reputable business. Unfortunately, this is not the case.
