I ordered a gift for Father's day on May 28th. I had gotten the initial email stating my order was being processed. I have attempted to contact the website multiple times to locate my package and get nothing but error messages. On my bank statement the website that is listed with charging me is called fundly.com and NOT thelightingday.com. I have sent them an email now in hopes to actually get an answer and that gift because on their website it lists a strict no refund policy
